SparkPod High Pressure Shower Head, 3 Inch Fixed Showerhead, Black Matte

Increased the spray pressure, exactly what we wanted. No time or patience for those sprinkle-rain shower heads. Easy to install. Inexpensive also, great value.

My previous favorite brand is no longer available (powerspray waterpik showerhead) as waterpik is no longer making shower heads). Defeated, I bought this to try as a replacement. I can say that SparkPod has now become my new favorite showerhead. I hate shower heads that have large holes all over the face that produce a plopping rain drop like shower experience. I prefer shower heads with a small ring of holes around the outer edge. This shower head has that design. It also has three larger holes in the center (massage) but if the nozzle is turned all the way to one direction, those are not used (rain). This outer ring of small pinholes creates a high pressure forceful ring of scrubber type of spray that can practically knock your skin off. I use the higher flow 2.5gpm flow restrictor, the 1.8gpm was not doing it for me. They call the settings "rain" or "rain+massage". The "rain" corresponds to "powerspray" on the waterpik shower heads. It really isn't rain when using the 2.5gpm restrictor, it is a skin scrubber like action. However, it is very much like rain on the lower pressure 1.8gpm restrictor. For those that like a more bubbly, softer drop to their shower spray, the 1.8 gpm might be satisfactory. I will be buying the SparkPod brand shower head as long as they continue to manufacture it. Note: Some reviewers said this showerhead isn't adjustable nor rotate around, but it does. Maybe they had a stiff one that needed a little WD-40, I don't know but the position is adjustable with very little effort. Even if you do not have low water pressure, I would still recommend this. This not only feels great on the skin, it blasts the soap right off your body and out of your hair, making rinsing very quick and easy. This helps me keep shower times to less than 5 minutes on most days, conserving water even though I am using more water than I would be if I were using the lower flow 1.8 gpm restrictor. The price is great, the design is perfect, it is high quality, looks nice and above all it has fantastic spray pressure.

We live on a well so our shower barely had any water pressure. I didn’t have high hopes for this little shower head, BUT it’s amazing. It’s very durable, accidentally dropped it when trying to install, still works lol. Someone had mentioned that they bought a a pivoting piece for it because you couldn’t adjust it, you can it is not fixed and is easy to adjust. Turning it on for the first time was like using a pressure washer, it was awesome! It came with washers and two aerators, if you want full pressure to wash all your sin away then just remove the one from inside and do not put the other one in.

This things is amazing!!! I have always lived in apartments and a few years ago a low flow shower head was installed in my previous apartment. I had purchased a very highly reviewed new shower head from Amazon and while it had a better flow, even after removing the water restrictor it was still not the strong shower flow I wanted. I recently moved and of course my new apartment has terrible water pressure and a terrible shower head so I began looking for something better. I bought the SparkPod and crossed my fingers. It was inexpensive and I figured I could always return it. The hardest part about installing it was removing the old shower head. The SparkPod shower head went on easily in less than a couple of minutes. I have removed the 1.8GPM restrictor to the 2.5 restrictor and have found it's perfect and I don't need to have a stronger flow. I can finally feel clean after a shower! No more shampoo or soap left on me. SparkPod lets you tilt the head and adjust the water stream from a spread out flow to mixed to massage jets. I have no idea why some people say they needed a tilt adjuster or couldn't turn the shower head to adjust the types of flow. I'm a short woman in my 60's with arthritis and haven't had a problems with any of those things. I love this thing!

I appreciate this for what it is: a simple and relatively cheap shower head that does give me a LOT more pressure than my previous two shower heads (the cheap garbage one that came with the apartment and the Kohler one I replaced it with a few years ago). I docked it one star for two reasons: 1. I have so far been unable to adjust the angle, and that's usually pretty easy. 2. You pretty much have to choose the rain or massage setting. It says you can choose any point between the two in the instructions, but anything in-between seems to drop the pressure significantly. Still, I recommend this for what it is. Also worth noting: with the pre-installed restrictor (quoted at 1.8 GPM--the same as my previous shower head) I ran out of hot water noticeably faster than with my previous shower head. But my shower was enjoyable again, so I'll go with it. The water felt cleaner somehow too.

So so happy with this shower head! Our previous shower head had the worst water pressure. This one does NOT disappoint! Amazing water pressure! Much better than the Delta shower head we had. Buy it!!

Amazing! We have severe water pressure issues and this works great. Love that they offer different restrictors based on your needs. I ordered a 2nd one the next day for my other bathroom.

The home (the city really) has low water pressure, replaced the shower head before replacing the diverter... Instant difference! Once the diverter was replaced it was like having normal water pressure! World of difference even without replacing the diverter! One called it - Phenomenal! (Photo is old shower head, video is new)

Works very well good quality

It’s good and a great way to start the day. It won't rend flesh from bone but it is a decent shower head. I don't think hydraulics theory allows a true pressure increase is a restriction of flow, I think it's just well machined holes. If you come out with one on a wand, let me know and I'll upgrade

Se siente de muy buena construcción y calidad, yo realmente si la compre por solucionar un problema con la presión que tengo en la regadera y si me funciono, es muy notable el cambio. Yo no la probé con el cedazo que trae instalado pero inmediatamente se lo quite para permitir buen flujo de agua. Se percibe que si será muy durable. Si la recomiendo.

Funciona bien, la compre en oferta y si subió la presión, eso si sale menos agua, si la,recomiendo.

This shower head is a game changer. Water pressure at my home is low somehow, and taking a shower has never been enjoyable until I found this shower head. It drastically changed the water pressure - like really good. I don’t know how it does it but I love this product. Very easy to install - plug and play. I didn’t use the restricter that came with it to get maximum water pressure. I highly recommend it. It’s a bit pricier but worth spending some extra bucks. You won’t regret it, trust me.
