Very Disappointed With the Product and After-Sales SupportI am extremely disappointed with my experience. I waited expecting a good-quality product and a smooth customer experience, but unfortunately, I received the complete opposite.I received the fan today, and the condition of the product itself was very disappointing. First, the battery provided inside the remote was already leaking. This is something that should never happen with a brand-new product. A new product should be properly checked and packed before being delivered to the customer.To make things worse, the fan motor is completely jammed. The fan is not even functioning properly from the day I received it. After waiting for the product and looking forward to a good experience, receiving a defective fan is extremely frustrating.What makes this even more disappointing is that this is not my first bad experience. I purchased another fan from the same brand, and within just one week it started making abnormal noise. When I tried to contact customer support, there was no proper response. Calls were not connecting, and there was no reliable support or follow-up from the company.There is also no proper return or replacement option, which leaves the customer completely helpless after purchasing the product.As a customer, I expect at least three basic things: a properly working product, quality control before delivery, and responsive after-sales service. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of these.I genuinely regret waiting and trusting this brand. The product quality is disappointing, and the customer support experience is even worse. If you are considering purchasing this fan, please think twice and check the after-sales support and return policy carefully before buying.Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected a good product and a good experience, but instead I received a defective fan and poor customer support. Definitely not what I expected after spending my hard-earned money.

Good fan. Led not that good but its value for money. Don't get their installation service. Got canceled and have to get it fitted from local electrician. But product seems to be goos.

Unfortunately, one of the fans developed a problem.The most disappointing part is not only the product issue but the very poor after-sales and warranty service. I contacted the company regarding the warranty, but my complaint has not been taken seriously and I am still waiting for a proper resolution.The product comes with a 5-year warranty, but in my experience, getting warranty support has been extremely difficult. A company should not only provide a warranty on paper but should also provide proper and timely service when a customer actually needs it.My advice to potential buyers: Before purchasing this product, don't just look at the price, features, and warranty period. Fan purchase in combo both fans working well for first 2 days , after 1 fan start to give wobbling sound and noise is unbearable and later find out is fan having bearing problem , since both fan purchased in combo so i need to return both together.

You cannot find the manufacturer to claim warranty. My fan worked only 1 and half months
