Ideal for use with a portable battery
ResMed AirSense 11 user... At home, plugging into the wall (120 volt AC) is no problem. But when camping without access to shore power, what can you do. A battery (preferably lithium) can be a solution, such as a Jackery. However, using a 12V battery through an inverter -- even if it comes with the battery -- is inefficient. Instead, just use this adapter and the 12V DC source from the battery to the CPAP machine. It's been a while since I did the comparison, but I think I was "wasting" 20% of the power when using the 120V inverter vs using the 12V output with this adapter. This means that I can go much longer without needing to recharge the battery (or bring a smaller one). For folks who use the heated hose and/or the humidifier, you may be surprised how much longer your battery will last using 12 volt DC directly!

Not Compatible With My Kohler Faucet
Didn't work for the faucet it was supposed to as described in the listing. By the time I found out, I couldn't return.

Does the job
Bought it quickly for a camping trip and it allowed me to get great rest. No issues with heat or losing power.

Didn't last
Tested it at home before using it on a camping trip. Died while on the trip, so only got about 10 nights of use with it. Tried changing the fuse but it still didn't work.

Works with the new AirSense 11 in RV application
I use the 12V adapter in my RV when camping. It powers the AirSense 11 without issue.

Requires less battery power than the 120V adapter that comes with the AirSense 11
I have a 1280wh battery power station that I had previously purchased on Amazon (but it is no longer listed on Amazon). The unit has both a 12V cigarette lighter adapter and a 120V plug and a digital meter saying how long the power would last for the current configuration. Last night, as a test, I used this power adapter on my CPAP machine all night while sleeping with the normal humidification I use every night - it had no problems running my AirSense 11. This morning, while breathing into the mask, I checked how many more hours the power supply would last. Then, I switched configurations to using the 120V power cord that came with the AirSense 11 and did the same check of how many hours the power supply would last. The result was the 120V power cord that came with the AirSense 11 would last 15 hours. The JUYOON power cord would last 24 hours.

Cheap 12v cpap cable
This thing quit after six nights using my cpap during my trip. It made it impossible to use my cpap until I was able to use my 110v connector.
