⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Shed & Excellent Customer Service Overall, I’m very happy with this Gizoon 6 x 4 FT Outdoor Storage Shed. Assembly definitely took some time—we pretty much spent the entire day putting it together—and once we got near the finish line, we discovered one of the side pieces was missing. 😩 That said, the company’s customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, answered my questions, and sent the missing replacement along with an extra piece. Problems can happen with any purchase, but how a company handles them makes a huge difference, and Gizoon handled ours very well. Once everything was assembled, the finished shed looked great and I’m very pleased with the quality and outcome. Despite the few bumps during assembly, the transaction was smooth, the issues were resolved quickly, and I would absolutely purchase from them again. Nice product, responsive company, and most importantly—they actually resolved the problem. Definitely recommend!

This is actually an updated review! I first purchased the green one a couple years ago and it held up so well over time that I got another one the other week that is gray. These sheds arrive quickly and yes they do require quite a bit of work to put together but that’s true of any delivered shed aside from the pre-fab kind. I do not bother to remove the plastic wrap that is on them, as you’ll read other reviews list that as a primary complaint, I don’t mind the slight difference in appearance and it actually provides a minor additional layer of protection. I was not missing any parts and everything fits properly, if you find something doesn’t fit you need to stop and confirm you have everything oriented properly. It is easy to accidentally insert a piece facing the wrong direction etc. You must have a drill or impact driver or this will be miserable. Suggestions for longevity: gather some pallets (free at a lot of restaurant supply stores, call a local and ask if you can take 4 of their pallets at their back door), about 6 bags of .5cuft pea gravel put down in the area and then use aerosol waterproofing sealant on the pallets to extend their life and place them down on the gravel, then build the shed on that. This allows water to drain freely below the shed and avoid any flooding or dirt/mud splattering causing the pallets to rot prematurely. Then use decking sheet to cut a floor for the interior of the shed (spray the bottom of it with waterproofing aerosol as well). I did this on my old one and it has had help perfectly over 3 years in a heavy weather exterior backyard. For the price this is a very good quality shed and I placed plastic shelving in it and it’s been fantastic, I sprayed some seams with flex seal to ensure no leaks and added mosquito mesh to the soffit vents to still allow airflow but prohibit yellowjackets from setting up a home inside.

Make sure surface is level where bottom brackets sit. Many holes are not aligned. Wow, there are a lot of screws. Door latch is noticeable not level. No space to drill another hole without compromising stability. Light weight, anchor well!! It's worth it for the price. Organize well before starting. Directions were pretty good as long as you have good mechanical and spacial reasoning. I purchased three.

UPDATE: a few days later it has rained. Shed roof leaks when it rains! This is a definite quality issue. I am changing this to one star! They get one star based on price alone! Pat a little more and get a better quality shed! I wouldn’t buy again- The shed overall is okay and assembly was fairly straight forward. Took 2 of us ( both are handy and knowledgeable) 8 hours to assemble. This is just assembly not prep time or floor building. Here’s what I don’t like: -They used a very thin plastic coating on the pieces that you must peel off. The plastic is so thin it just tears of in little pieces. 4 of us spent 90 minutes each peeling this plastic off! - they give you gold screws and white plastic washers to use. You have to separate all the white plastic washers as they come in a sheet all attached together ( this was a pain breaking them all apart. The white washers and gold screws look horrible on a gray shed ( see photo) they should have used black screws and washers. - the top gable ends are as thin as a beer can (litterally) and the bend super easy trying to assemble. - the shed is not tall enough inside to stand up! The height inside under the aluminum rafters is only 66”! I blocked mine up 3 1/2” so that I could stop banging my head and ducking while in the shed !

I’m leaving a review for serious shoppers like me. I wanted a shed and to pay very little and discard when I move. What I got was a sturdy, very well made unit that will last for y e a r s. Not easy to assemble but dang, what a bargain. Seriously great find. Post note: my husband saw the box arrive and had no idea it was a shed because it’s so small, when it was assembled he asked how it arrived, I told him that small box you saw. He still doesn’t believe me, haha.

Excellent shed. Easy to construct

CONS: One quarter of the panels and parts we received were bent, dinged or damaged in some manner. Directions are horrible. They are picture directions with no written instructions and there are some clear errors. Best advice is to look ahead in the directions. This might prevent you from having to take things apart and redo them. The hardware is absolutely horrible and does not fit the clearance holes in an acceptable manner. Trying to reach the hardware in the middle of the top of the roof is almost impossible without leaning across the roof, something the manual clearly tells you NOT to do. The estimated time is 2 people - 5 hours. We had all the parts, hardware and tools laid out, with the foundation already build and prepped. It took my girlfriend and I over 7 hours. PROS: Cost, lets be honest - you are here reading this review because where else are you going to find and 8' x 6' metal building for this price Looks, it looks decent. We decided not to take the plastic off and it's still ok Sturdy - seems like it should hold up well Weathertight? - We'll see. Due to the nature of all the loose fitting hardware I highly doubt the entire unit will be water tight. We very well might go back and put silicone around the screws.
