Have bought the original version of these talcs before and absolutely loved them. These did not disappoint either. Left my skin feeling very cool, fresh and comfortable, with a lovely smell of lavender and rosemary. I find it great for us ladies too, as an all year round preventative measure for nasty under-boob heat rash and soreness. In summer I enjoy pairing with Snake Brand’s cooling shower gel. You get a nice big load for the price and it’s the best, in my opinion, to keep the misery of hot, humid conditions from wreaking havoc on your skin. I will point out that even though it’s VERY COOLING I’ve had no irritation or allergic reaction; despite it being real talcum powder with real essential oils and no hint of that awful corn starch. I can’t recommend this brand highly enough to keep you cool and comfortable even in the hottest of environments. I’m looking forward to trying out their cooling body wipes and lavender scented shower gel which they say is coming soon! 👍🏻

This is no ordinary talcum powder it's far superior to the usual stuff. Snake Brand Prickly heat really is so cooling and absorbs any wetness from sweat. The lavender fragrance is fresh with added geranium, rosemary, eucalyptus and patchouli extracts. I thought the tin was a nice touch too.

Finally, real talc, and not the gravy-thickener cornstarch which is passed off as body powder. OK, this leaves you smelling like chest-rub ointment for colds, but it works. Not an awful lot in a tin, but a soothing relief for people who need it.

Love this stuff and will buy again. Instant cooling which is a must on hot and humid days.

I suffer with prickly heat on my arms. Been a godsend this summer in London.

I suffered quite badly with prickly heat last year and wanted to be prepared this year so I did my research and came across this product. It is fantastic! I also suffer from eczema so very sensitive and double the itch. It cools your skin with an almost menthol feeling and has really helped me in both humid and dry heat. I've only used the original powder so far, so I can't comment on the lavender one.

Dieser Kühlpuder ist wirklich empfehlenswert! Allerdings muss es wirklich heiß sein und man muss schwitzen. Wenn es nur laue Sommertemperaturen sind, kann man sich die Verwendung sparen, da kühlt dann nix. Bei Hitze ist die Wirkung jedoch beeindruckend. Ich habe den Puder morgens aufgetragen (auf dem Rücken ist Hilfe erforderlich) und musste in die Stadt bei 30°. Es war heiß, ja, aber mir war schön frisch zumute und ich habe so gut wie gar nicht geschwitzt. Ich habe mich stundenlang frisch gefühlt und das hielt bis nachmittags an. Klasse! Man muss allerdings wissen, dass der Puder, wie alle Körperpuder, Spuren auf dunkler Unterwäsche und Kleidung hinterlässt. Diese lassen sich aber ganz einfach mit einem leicht feuchten Mikrofasertuch wegwischen. Der Duft des puders ist etwas speziell, nach Lavendel und Menthol. Jedoch verfliegt der Duft recht schnell und ist für andere nur aus allernächster Nähe wahrnehmbar. Stört also nicht. Ich würde den Puder immer wieder kaufen, allerdings kommt man sicher ein Jahr oder länger mit aus, zumindest in unseren Breiten.
