I had an expensive steam mop but it broke just after a year. I saw this one and decided to give it a try. I have tried every attachment and they all work well. It has a big swivel mop that lets out just the right amount of steam. I have used it on Windows. Laminate floor. Carpet and even toilets and it works quietly and efficiently. Very happy. Great value for money.

After using for a while i find the construction to be flimsy the handle has broken off now still usable but needs better stronger long arm on it. 1/9/17 Arrived very promptly .. I have used it all afternoon into evening.. The toilet sparkles the kitchen cupboard doors are cleaned. The floor is exceptionally clean.. I then tackled the bird room floor and walls and doors ( dried bird poo and pomegranite came off with ease ).. Brilliant. I have 100000 plus steps on my fitbit and cannot move right now. Tomorrow I tackle windows. Patio doors x 2 and bedroom. cant wait :) The steamer is easy to use. quick to fill no waiting like my heavy weight steamer . fill use and fill again. the gadgets are good I will work my way through those tomorrow. I am going to really enjoy using this upstairs on mattress etc Great little tool .

Very very flimsy it only picks up dirt in certain areas of the mop. Personally I'd advise you not to waste your money on this and spend a bit more on a better one. The handle you use and slot in the top is half an inch of flimsy aluminium..

For the price this is a very good little steam cleaner, particularly as it has a three year guarantee. I bought it to replace a more expensive one that had stopped working, and it is much more effective than the previous one I had and my kitchen floor has never looked so clean! It comes with quite a few attachments, most of which I'll probably never use, but unfortunately the attachment for cleaning windows is a disappointment as the blade keeps falling out. I would recommend purchasing additional floor pads, which are quite inexpensive.

Easy to assemble, and cleans as well as a more expensive brand. The handle feels a bit light but for the price, this is a good steam cleaner. I like the fact it is not a garish colour too.

WHEN MY H20 STEAM CLEANER STOPPED WORKING I SELECTED THE OVATION HT110 STEAM CLEANER AS A REPLACEMENT AS IT WAS A MORE POWERFUL STEAMER WHICH I ASSUMED WOULD TRANSLATE AS A MORE EFFICIENT CLEANER After 20 minutes attempting to clean a lino floor using a white microfibre base cloth it had worn a hole in it so i changed to a blue mop pad that i had ordered separately as it looked to be more heavy duty , only to find that this pad started falling apart as well The final straw was less than 30 minutes into using this device the handle came apart - a manufacturing fault. the floor was not cleaned in the 30 minutes of use of the cleaner . In checking through the parts I noted that the carpet glider was not included ( not that i have carpets ) . I should have realised that the price was too good to be true I have now selected an alternative steam cleaner , very disappointed

It deserves every penny. I most use it on tiles, hard floors and carpet. The rewies I read before ordering helped me to understand 2 things: to handle it with care and gently when mopping and to buy: vaporrasse ironing water and steam detergent to use instead of sink water. If you are not happy with perfumed water, simply buy 5l oxigenated water from Halfords for mop and use your normal floor defensive by spraying the floor when mopping it.

This would of been good if the handle wasn’t made out of plastic. So when you push the steam mop a few times over something hard to clean it breaks it’s not strong enough to do the job
