What plug end do these straighteners have

They have a standard 3 pin plug hope that helps

I’ve turned it on but it won’t get hot… what’s the issue?

I had to press the on button for it to come on and then hold in the on button for a few seconds, the bars above the on button will start to flash and then you click the on button to put it to your desired temp, it will then flash until it reaches that temperature.

Is this ok for curling & are the paddles cool to touch at the tip?

I use this product for straightening, I have not tried curling with them. The paddles are cool on the outside, the green coloured part. The nice thing about the product is the control of the heat, I find this product works well even at lower temperature than my old straighteners.

Are this able to use from wet hair ?

No definitely not. I don't think I'd use any straightener on wet hair
