Surprise benefit...
My family has high cholesterol issues so I purchased this, based in part on reviews, for that purpose. I don't go to doctor regularly so knowing if it helps with cholesterol will not be easy to determine. However, about a month or so after starting with my 1 pill/day regimen I noticed that while climbing the stairs my knees, ankles and hips had little to no achiness/stiffness that I've been living with for several years. As this was the only change I've made recently I went back and did further research. From what I read krill oil may also help with stiff/sore joints which is what I'm currently experiencing. Very pleasant surprise. Hope it does work on cholesterol as well.

It is like an old time remedy
Krill oil has many health benefits such as ending dry eye! If you wear contacts it helps keep your lenses moist and helps prevent it. It is like an eye doctor in a pill but you should check with your own doctor first.

No fishy taste
I have been using these krill oil supplements for a few months and I’m very happy with them. I can’t take regular fish oil because it makes me burp and I hate that. These have never given me any indigestion or fishy taste. I feel very good about taking these as I believe they are good for my heart health. The price is more than regular fish oil but the quality is worth it. I plan to keep taking them.
