I was kind of skeptical, but it really does work. My understanding is that it only works on fresh healing scars, so I bought it to put on a small scar on my arm that just doesn't seem to be healing the way I want and, within a week of using it, the scar has very dramatically reduced and healed quite a lot. I'm using it on some bigger healing scars on my legs (perils of owning a cat) and it seems to be working on those, albeit a lot slower. It doesn't work super fast, but I can definitely see an improvement and my scars look a lot smaller and less raised.

The best!!! Works well. I used this product on new scars especially pimples that disappeared after using. Old scars it doesn’t work but new ones including dark spots it works

This stuff is AMAZING! I just ordered my second tube. I had some kind of hormonal breakout happening and it was leaving my normally clear even skin, with blemishes everywhere. I bought product after product after product and nothing was working. Until I ordered this scar gel..I used it once a day at night and i seen a difference within a week. My skin is almost back to its normal blemish free self. Amazing!!!

I have brown skin, and hyperpigmentation from occasional pimples takes forever to go away. I burned a part of face with a curling iron and I’ve been using this product for 5 weeks 3-4 times daily in conjunction with rosehip oil (added about 2 weeks in the routine). My scar is 85% gone. Additionally, I used the product on 3 dark spots from pimples, and it is fading, but slowly. It seems that the gel is working better on the curling iron scar as it’s no longer a deep dark color. The product doesn’t seem to be fading older hyperpigmentation under my chin from plucking hairs. I am pleasantly surprised with this gel, and the photos from the reviews helped me decide to purchase it. The scars may be fading naturally as well, but I think this gel helped to speed up the healing process if used as recommended - 3-4 times daily.

I used the Cicatricure Scar Gel on my face for acne scars 2-3 times a day for two weeks now and I will say I have seen improvement. The scars generally are lighter in appearance with some completely disappearing. This is my first time treating the scarring so some of it is years old. I do suspect that it might be less effective over time, but I will continue to use it for the recommended 60 days or until the tube runs out. I estimate I have at least 60% of my tube left. I gave it five stars not because I think it’s the best product out there, or because my scars completely disappeared, but because I think it does at least reduce the appearance of scarring effectively.

Llevo tal vez 2-3 semanas usándola en mi herida y no he visto mucho cambio pero no porque a mi no me funcione significa que no sirva, así cómprala dependiendo a tu situación. I’ve been using it on my wound for maybe 2–3 weeks and haven’t seen much change, but just because it doesn’t work for me doesn’t mean it’s ineffective—so decide whether to buy it based on your own situation.

Phenomenal results. Almost done with my first tube. Buying a second one. Definitely worth it. I use it once a day, it’s been a little over a month and my family can tell the difference without being asked if they have noticed. I have bad scaring from acne on my chin/jaw/neck area. It has significantly reduced the dark scares and red area.

I have been using Mederma for the last 5 years and was looking for a less expensive alternative. This was on sale and it had such good reviews. The tip that I would give other buyers is squeeze the tube very very slowly and a little bit goes a long way. Start off with a very small amount.
