Pros:Large, highly visible numbers that can be seen from across the room.Very simple operation.Timer alarm is loud enough to hear in the next room but not annoyingly loud. Liked it so much I bought a second one as a workout timer for my home gym.

This timer is efficient, simple to use, and reasonably priced.The two magnets on the back hold it firmly in place on my stove's black hood, and I love how the timer blends in. The timer can of course be taken off and placed on the counter, or just about anywhere else. There's even a nifty little hook (folds down into the back side if not in use) if you choose to hang it on a narrow peg or something.The numbers on the display are easy to see. I can see them clearly from above the stove to where I often sit, 30 feet away in the living room.There are three volume settings - two are audible and the third is no sound. When the timer goes off I can clearly hear the lower beeping sound from 30 feet away, but if the TV is on I prefer it on the higher setting.The only change I would make for this timer is for it to be rechargeable instead of battery powered (runs on three AAA batteries which were included), but that doesn't take away from this being a 5-star timer, in my opinion. It seems to be nice quality - time and use will tell how long it lasts.

I gifted this to a friend with low vision (macular degeneration) and the numbers are so large that she can see them even though she can no longer use a computer or read the directions on a box of cake mix, for example.Operation is so simple and she's able to use it successfully. After walking her through the directions, she made herself an illustration of what the buttons are for on the top of the timer. And she appreciates the volume adjustment on the right-hand side to be able to hear if she's not right next to it. Success!

I have been looking for a timer like this for my weight room for some time now. It's easy to use, shuts down after use, thus saving battery power and can be seen from anywhere in the room. The screen can be dimmed and the sound can be reduced or muted. You won't be disappointed.

Nice and simple design. Dark screen and bright numbers are a positive feature. Easy to use. Alarm sound and pitch are just right. Battery life is long. I recommend this product.

I work as a Automotive Technician and when days get busy, I sometimes forget to drink enough water. I use this primarily as a tImer and it works great You can set a time and when it goes off you can reset it so goes back to the original time you had set. The alarm goes off for about 30 seconds and it loud enough that you can hear it from 30+ feet away. Also has an eco mode so it can dim and save battery life. Ive been using it for almost 3 months now and the original battery's are still in it and use it about 15-16 times a day. Great little timer and would highly recommend.

This really is a great timer however sometimes when you press the numbers for a specific setting it's hard to cancel. Especially if you use the timer to count up. But I bought it for my mom and she really likes it and can hear the beeping and that's what matters.
