Is the niacin no flush?

Niacin can make some individual flush including that in Cataplex B.

How is it that we're to avoid soy and soy derivatives, yet many Standard Process products contain soy lecithin and, in some - soybean oil?

I believe most soybean products are GMO and avoid them. I do make exceptions and trust Standard Process products. I know that some vitamins are oil soluable and a little bit in my supplement would be ok.

I’m not sure if this is what I took for warts or not can anyone tell me if it is if not then what should I take for them

I tool this for an elevated heart rhythm. For warts, I've had success with topical application of turmeric. Thin slice applied with bandage, changed every 12 hours, until wart dies.
