Great With a Mac
I have an iMac and have been looking for a typewriter style mechanical keyboard for awhile. I tried a lesser expensive keyboard that I liked, but it had a couple drawbacks. It was wired, not bluetooth and the keycaps were strictly Windows based. This keyboard is terrific. The only problem was the Mac keycaps that were included were onyx rather than copper. Needless to say they look odd and out of place. I called Azio and they said that was an error and offered to ship me the correct set at no cost. They answered the phone on one ring with no press this press that hoops to jump through. That alone was very refreshing. The manual includes the keyboard layout for both PC and Mac and once you change to the Mac keys and slide the switch to Mac it works perfectly. As to the keyboard. It's gorgeous and has a nice tactile feel. It clicks, more like the original mechanical keyboards and less like a typewriter. The first keyboard I bought had a distinct and loud click. The Azio is a bit quieter, but still a distinct "typing" sound. With the less expensive keyboard I had constant errors because even the slightest touch would cause a key to react. The Azio isn't so touchy and I find there are far fewer errors. The keys are slightly depressed allowing your fingertips to naturally find center. The leds light the keycaps well and they are easy to see even in low light. Pairing the bluetooth is simple, but I had a small issue at first. The manual instructs you to press the Fn and minus/dash keys to initiate pairing. I didn't notice that the minus key in the number key cluster on the right has the bluetooth symbol. I was pressing the minus key next to the 0 ) key and of course nothing happened. Realizing my error I pressed the right keys and within seconds the keyboard was paired up. This keyboard was about double the cost of most keyboards I've purchased over the years, but it's not just a keyboard. It's got style and a unique look. The Li-ion rechargeable battery and the zinc aluminum case add some heft to the keyboard. The feet are adjustable with an anti slip coating. This keyboard is not going to slip and slide around your desk. I type with my keyboard in my lap and the Azio is much more stable than any other keyboard I've used yet. At the same time it's not so heavy as to be irritating. So far I can't see anything wanting with the Anzi Retro Classic. The great customer service is a plus.

This keyboard has me in GEEK HEAVEN!!!
This keyboard really is as GORGEOUS as it looks in photos! The metal trim is real metal. The leather is real leather. And those KEYS are just frikkin' awesome! I have a steampunk-themed office space, and this keyboard could not be more perfect for it! The clicky mechanics of the keys have a satisfying amount of action and sound, without being too loud - a nice middle ground as mechanical keyboards go. The keyboard is naturally raised a bit in the back, but apart from that, there's no ergonomics to speak of, but I'm happy to sacrifice that for the sheer cool factor. The battery life, at least when the backlight is on, is only about a week. But it's easy to get into the habit of charging it periodically, and the keyboard can be used when plugged in. I have seen NO LAG when typing. I am connecting via bluetooth on a newer computer. Some have complained about the keys. They're very tall, and feel much like typewriter keys. There is a SLIGHT bit of wobble in them, but they are not flimsy in any way and feel sturdy, even with the tiny bit of wobble. It took me all of about 30 minutes of using this keyboard to adapt my typing style to the way the keys feel, by typing a little more vertically with my fingers. I seriously don't even notice any more. In any case, it's well worth the trade-off for the cool factor. I type plenty and daily on this keyboard, and have had no problems, and can type just as fast as I could on my previous keyboard, which was an ergonomic style. If I was an author, the keys might be an issue, but for any other moderate daily usage, I don't think it would be an issue for most people. Despite any room for improvement, I just had to give this 5 stars because I feel like it's Christmas every time I get to type on it. It's THAT COOL.

Perfect for aesthetics, not perfect for functionality
Unlike the headline, this keyboard is a lot better than it sounds. I bought this keyboard about a month ago and have used it almost everyday since. here is my 30 day review: initial impressions: when i pulled the keyboard from the box i had two main thoughts: 1. wow this thing looks gorgeous and 2. wow this thing is heavy. now it isn't crazy heavy, just way heavier than I expected. set-up: my laptop has BT capability (as i believe most are nowadays) and it was a breeze. took literally 60 seconds to connect. however, it does have the USB-C capability to directly plug in if needed too. the USB-C port is also how the keyboard charges. First week: initial use was good. i enjoy the "click-click" sound the keyboard makes, almost like an actual typewriter. if you are looking for a quiet keyboard, i do not recommend this. the keys light up when in use and only takes a second or two for the BT to kick back in when it hasn't been in use for hours/overnight, unlike some other BT keyboards. The slight gripe i have is that the keyboard is not ergonomic friendly. the keyboard is substantially "thicker" than most other keyboards and so it sits higher than usual. if i am typing for extended periods of time, i will begin to feel my wrists get tired. Nothing painful, just tired. After 1 month: keyboard is still going strong. so far haven't run into any issues that other than what i have commented on. my keyboard light up still works fine, no issues with the keys wearing down or connectivity issues. the battery went down to 40%, so decided to charge it. didnt take long at all, and i would expect the battery to last at least for a few months now that it is fully charged. the wrist-ergonomic issue is still there, but i've managed to just re-position the keyboard so its more comfortable. not perfect, but good enough. Overall assessment: its a pretty sick looking keyboard and if you have that "industrial - antique/rustic - cyberpunk" feel for your home office that you want to add to, then this is the keyboard for you. if you are just looking for a BT keyboard, then skip this. its expensive and heavy to transport, not to mention it isnt the most ergonomic friendly keyboard around. the price tag for this keyboard is more about its aesthetics than its functionality. Overall, i am happy with this purchase and would recommend it if you want a cool looking keyboard. Final grade: 4/5

I've been using this for 4 years!!
I'm not typically one to get on here and write reviews. However, I thought it was deserved! I bought this back in March of 2019 for $219.99. I bought this for work since I spend 8 hours a day on my computer and wanted something that I enjoyed and looked good. After having this for as long as I have, it's been through a thing or two! I've really enjoyed this keyboard! I've got tons of compliments on it! It has definitely served its purpose! I've put my pros and cons down below. Hope that it's helpful! Pros: * The keyboard still functions, but only plugged in. * One of the things I've always loved about this keyboard is the clicky noise it makes. It is still nice and clicky as I sit here and write this review! * Still beautiful to look at even with the wear and tear! Cons: *I can't remember when but the bluetooth stopped working and I can only use the keyboard if it's plugged in. It's been like this for the last few years. I tried plugging it in to charge it but it never worked so I just continued using it plugged in which really wasn't too bad, however, that defeats the purpose of paying the extra to have the bluetooth feature. * Over time (some) of the keys started to get scratched/worn and became unrecognizable. I do type with nails so I'm not surprised this happened. It would be nice if there was a way to order additional keys for situations like this. I looked in the company store but didn't see there was an option to purchase them. I didn't get any extra keys other than the ones to use for a Mac, which have stayed in the bag this entire time since I do not have one of those. * One of the knobs to change the height of the keyboard no longer works. This hasn't been a huge issue for me since I didn't use it propped up anyway.

Best keyboard I've ever owned!
I was blown away at how beautiful this keyboard is! The round keys feel very natural and the wood grain has held up over month now. Best of all, there's no gaps between the keys and the inner part of the board, so it's really easy to clean with no complications by dander. I really enjoy how it can link up to 3 bluetooth devices. It makes it easy to flip from my work laptop to personal computer. And includes keys for both windows and Mac. It's also proven to hold up while gaming over these past months. No lag or having to reconnect. And is weighted so it doesn't move. If you're looking for it to be a gift, it is very nicely packaged and the money is absolutely worth it. Luxury at your fingertips! Last note, the copper and black leather version was featured in some shows like Loki and Red One, so if having some low key "official" merch interests you then consider this a bonus feature.

LOVE
I love this keyboard so much at this point. It's beautiful, functional, connected easily straight out of the box. I had an open box keyboard, and the manual was missing, but I didn't really need it. A quick check online confirmed the steps to put it in pairing mode and away we went. It has beautiful typewriter style keys, which I love, with a much quieter "Clack" than my original loFree kickstarter model. I desperately needed a 10 key option and this keyboard more than delivers. The backlight is perfect. It isn't going to be one I throw in my bag and carry around, but it fits nicely on my stand up desk and has been a joy to type on so far.

Pretty but not worth the money and horrible warranty service
I bought this in January 2024 and loved it for a brief time. By March, the N key started sticking. I reached out to the warranty department and was told I need to ship the keyboard back and they will asses whether or not it's a warranty issue and determine the next steps. That process would take approximately 2 weeks not including shipping times. I asked about an exchange prior to shipping it back as it's the only keyboard I have. They declined but said they could expedite the process once they receive it. So, I had to buy a back up keyboard to use while they determined how to resolve the issue with the keyboard I had just paid almost $200 for. I paid $40.68 to ship it back for warranty service. They did expedite the process and sent me another keyboard which I quickly determined was refurbished aka used. I then reached out and requested a refund for the $40.68 shipping as I feel it was unreasonable for me to have to pay shipping to return a defective product. They declined the request but I'm a pretty determined person so I pushed back and, after several emails back and forth, I was offered a $40 coupon that could only be used on their web site. Absolutely not! By that time, I had already determined their focus was profit at the expense of customer satisfaction and they had very little interest in doing the right thing. I was no longer interested in doing business with them so the $40 coupon would be a waste. After I declined the coupon and again requested a refund for the shipping, they said that, because it worked for 3 months, it was not a manufacturing defect. What! So it seems they only expect their high priced keyboard to work for a short time. If you read the other reviews, it's definitely a manufacture's defect that seems to be pretty common. So..... I paid $194.91 for a brand new keyboard that, less than 3 months later, no longer functioned properly due to a manufacturing defect. I then had to pay $40.68 to return that defective keyboard only to get a refurbished one. I have now paid $235.59 for a used keyboard. I so wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews, it would've saved me over $200 and a lot of time. I will never buy another product from this company and I hope you can learn from my, and numerous other people's, mistake. There are much better options out there for less money from more reputable companies.

Greatest mechanical keyboard ever!!!
First of all, let's just get it out now. It is by far the most expensive keyboard for sure and for certain. At least that I have seen. I first encounter this beauty on a men's app which I turn to when I want to let the depression get a good stronghold on me. Usually, the only products I want to purchase are several hundred dollars and this was one of those. The bundle price of $425.00 was out of question. But now it is more reasonable and you can get an smaller model for laptop or tablet. One more thing you can do is order it w/ wo/bluetooth and its about 25 US difference in price. You will lose the ability of having a bluetooth on three devices. This keyboard is now available through many sources is still on the upper side of the $ amount one would normally would like to pay. Especially when you can't even touch the thing prior to the touch, seeing, and the most important thing, SMELL, THE NEW KEYBOARD SMELL.... Well, let me do it for you. It's not a toy. It is constructed of high-grade materials such as leather, mechanical keys that are eliminated through the lettering on the keys which are trimmed with the same copper details as the outer edge of the keyboard itself. This product is just great and I would purchase one for my siblings or closest mates if I wasn't broke. The appearance is just stunning sitting on my desktop I made of safety glass, the glass with wires running through it. Very smart looking. I am going to place the same trim ring around my monitor and tie the whole thing together.

Very clicky, nice warm glow.
It didn’t come with the promised USB-C cord, but since I have MacBook Pro, it’s not a big problem. Comes with keys to make it Mac or Windows friendly. The lighting is beautiful, especially in the dark - nice glow. The sound is as promised - very mechanical and pleasing (to me).

Doesn’t disappoint!
Excellent quality and exceeded my expectations!

Positives: - looks fantastic - easy to set up - super fast shipping Negatives: - keys don't have the same high quality/premium feel as the base - mine has some sort of brown stain on one of the stands

ممتاز
شكله جميل وأنيق ولكن صوت الأزرار عالي قليلاً والكيبورد ليس عملي, فالأزرار بعيدة قليلا عن بعضها البعض ممايجعل الكتابة بشكل سريع صعبة
