Wow. Nothing prepared me for what these would actually do for me. I figured I'd try these, desperately searching for something to give me some energy and stamina. I am blown away by how much these help me! I take 2 in the morning and I have energy all day long! It's crazy! Nothing ever ever ever works for my energy levels, nothing. This does. I felt like the energizer bunny and got so much accomplished. Definitely worth a try! Taste is smooth, texture is smooth without being tough and chewy. Mood was great. Definitely able to focus more and congnitively felt better as well. I wish they weren't so expensive but I suppose its worth it. I've slept well since starting them as well.

Wow.My brain fog, lack of motivation & overall mental fatigue was really getting down, so I've been desperately trying to find something to help. I can only drink 2 cups/coffee per day max too much caffeine makes me jittery and anxious, so that wasn't cutting it.I was suspicious of reviews touting the effectiveness of these gummies- especially given the relatively high price point. More often than not, supplements fail to deliver on promises and I end up regretting wasting the money.Not the case with these...they WORK!Within the first hour or so of taking them (2/day as directed), I noticed a difference. Within the first couple of days, a huge difference. I've experienced laser focus, clarity, heightened motivation & mental energy. It's a night and day difference. I've been able to focus and stay motivated on tasks at work and at home that I've been procrastinating for weeks and month. And have been able to stay focused on finishing things I start all in one sitting (which has always been a challenge for me.) I also just feel an overall sense of increased productivity and a sense of accomplishment.I would HIGHLY recommend these if you are suffering from mental sluggishness and an overall lack of motivation & brain fog. The benefits of these are more than worth the price to me in terms of the improvement to my quality of life.I take mine first thing in the morning before my first cup of coffee. While they don't make me jittery, they do contain some caffeine, so I wouldn't recommend taking them later in the day. I do feel that if I take them in the afternoon, I tend to feel a bit "wired" by bedtime. Unlike with just caffeine, the effects of these are long lasting, taking them early in the morning gets me through the day well into early evening. There's no "crash."These taste great with no mushroom aftertaste like some other types I've tried. I appreciate that these are zero sugar. All that said, I really don't care what they taste like if they work as well as this.Highly recommended and worth every penny.

These are delicious, and if you just want a little boost, they're great. If you have serious focus issues, like a diagnosis of ADHD, they are not effective on their own. (At least, that was my experience.)

I’ve been taking either 1-2 gummies and have noticed a significant difference with my focus at work. I take it in the morning around 8-10am after breakfast and the taste is really good! They don’t seem to upset my stomach or anything. I’ve noticed I almost have tunnel vision when performing my assays at work. So far, their effects and claims for focus are very accurate!!

Noticed no difference in mood or energy when taking. Other than they do have caffeine in them so just like having another cup of coffee (which I don't like too much caffeine jitters). They are too expensive for no other result. They do taste delicious. But that's all can really recommend about them. My bag was also smashed so most of the gummies are all mushed together. But can't even get refund! This is a nonreturnable, no refund, item. When purchased through here there is no refund or return if not satisfied. So no, I can't say I would recommend. Not for this expensive and now, even damaged, get refund.

Unreal good. Yes, they work. I have had ADD my whole life. Never ever took one med for it. As a 57 year old with this I decided to find a natural supplement to see if it could help with my focus and memory. Tried a couple, nothing. Then these. Wow. Never have I felt so focused and it lasts for about 6-7 hours. Take them in the AM and I can finally focus on one task intently. Amazing supplement. These also lift my mood. Just started a subscription.

I miss these gummies. They do work, but over time I started experiencing horrible stomach distress. I mean staying home or frequently eating Imodium if I had to leave the house for work, etc. I didnt link the 2 until my primary doc had me try an elimination diet and unfortunately the gummies were the culprit. I wish it weren't true because I liked them, but now I'm looking for an alternative that won't wreck me.
