Is it normal for pot not to be anywhere near full?

My jar wasn't full to the brim but I've still gotten so much use out of it (so far - still more to go!). If you're really concerned about the amount of mask in the jar I would reach out to their customer service team, they're really responsive & helpful.

Does it always come with the brush, ? cause I don't need so many brushes and I want to buy this regularly
