Horrible quality. Cheap plastic parts. The shampoo bowl is plastic, not acrylic. Received it with many tears in the fabric, scratches on the metal arm rests. Why does the foot rest go up only half way?? Do not buy!!

Excellent chair and sink combo!!
This is a really nice chair and sink! Good quality. The only downfall is the recliner is not intended for tall people. Ha! It's only useful if you're on the shorter side, but otherwise this is a great chair and sink combo. It even accommodates my heavier clientele as well! Overall, this is an excellent purchase and I would recommend this 100%. Fast shipping too!

Wash bowl good, chair sucks
I am a loctician so the bowl is a beautiful size for my long locd clients. The chair however is small. The instruction are completely UNclear.. and not all parts came in the box. I tossed the Chair and attached the bowl to a night stand

Great chair
This chair did require a background knowledge of plumbing. My husband put it together and had to use the plumbers tape on each hose to prevent leaking. There were a couple instructions left out but with my brains and my husband’s strength we got it put together. The hose is kind of cheap however if you’re not moving it around it works great. My clients comment and say this is the most comfortable shampoo seat they ever sat in and i love that. Also it’s not too big so it fit perfectly in my suite.

Shampoo bowls
These shampoo bowls are nice. The seller worked with me tremendously when my packages got lost and 1 was returned to them. They replied quickly to my messages and I appreciate them for excellent customer service.

Very stylish addition
I have no complaints. I did need help putting it together. It is a 2 person job.

Defective parts.
The item came with defective part. The flexible plastic pipe that connects to the wall pipe melted when warm/hot water went through it. This is unacceptable for item that is supposed to handle a lots of water going through it. I hope they correct this deficiency.
