Excellent chair and sink combo!!
This is a really nice chair and sink! Good quality. The only downfall is the recliner is not intended for tall people. Ha! It's only useful if you're on the shorter side, but otherwise this is a great chair and sink combo. It even accommodates my heavier clientele as well! Overall, this is an excellent purchase and I would recommend this 100%. Fast shipping too!

Arrived damaged, Disappointed.
I was really disappointed with my Polar Aurora Backwash Chair Adjustable ABS Plastic Shampoo Bowl. When it arrived, there was a noticeable scratch on the shampoo bowl and a rip in the chair. For a brand-new product, I expected it to be in perfect condition. While the chair itself seems functional and comfortable, the damage right out of the box was frustrating and made it feel lower quality. I hope the company improves its packaging and quality control in the future.

Its ok
The foot rest is for tiny people. Doesn't touch the shin for most people. Also the drain that comes with it leaks horribly

Great chair
This chair did require a background knowledge of plumbing. My husband put it together and had to use the plumbers tape on each hose to prevent leaking. There were a couple instructions left out but with my brains and my husband’s strength we got it put together. The hose is kind of cheap however if you’re not moving it around it works great. My clients comment and say this is the most comfortable shampoo seat they ever sat in and i love that. Also it’s not too big so it fit perfectly in my suite.

Shampoo bowls
These shampoo bowls are nice. The seller worked with me tremendously when my packages got lost and 1 was returned to them. They replied quickly to my messages and I appreciate them for excellent customer service.

Works perfectly!!
Got this shampoo bowl set up in my salon suit works perfectly! No leaks the height is good and doesn’t hurt my back I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend to other stylist!!

Defective parts.
The item came with defective part. The flexible plastic pipe that connects to the wall pipe melted when warm/hot water went through it. This is unacceptable for item that is supposed to handle a lots of water going through it. I hope they correct this deficiency.
