Love this product! It’s a lifesaver when you feel a sinus infection starting or just are plugged up, I also have migraines and it helps when I feel one coming on. Strength of vibration is great and heat feels so good. My daughter often steals it!

I have removed so much sludge from my Meibomian glands with this small wand. This wand is a lot more effective than the heated eye mask I have been using for years. It also doesn't leave my eyelids and under eye area red for the entire day like the mask does. I spent $1850 for Optilight treatment. My eyes felt fine for several weeks but then they became dry again. My eye doctor told me I would need several treatments but I have to wait 6 months in between treatments. This eye wand has been a great help until I am able to go back to the eye doctor and get my second round of options light treatment.

Awful, do not waster your money. Worked exactly one time and now will not hold a charge long enough to even use it

Works great, big improvement over the microwaveable eye mask I was using before. I’ve been using it every night and it seems to be helping my dry eyes. Glad I didn’t listen to the reviews that said it won’t hold a charge. If you’re not seeing the blue CH light up when you plug it in to charge it, you’re probably using the wrong type of usb c cable. My iPhone cable wouldn’t charge it - you need a lower wattage USB C cable.

It’s a great portable wand that does exactly what it says. It’s preset to warm to 41C, so I drop the temp to 37C and use along the bone of my eyes but not the lids.My only concern is the inability to turn off the Red Light while using heat (Red Lightboff only when using the Vibration mode).I bought this for the heat, so unfortunately, this product will be repurposed for neck pains or the periphery of my eyes and not the lids

Charging tip that may help with the problems others are reportingI was concerned by the number of reviews from people who had trouble getting this device to charge, so I decided to be particularly careful about how I charge mine. It comes with a charging cable, but no wall adapter, which leaves the buyer to choose the power source.I use the supplied cable with an older, good-quality Apple 5-watt USB adapter rated OUTPUT: 5V ⎓ 1A. So far, it has charged properly.If you’re choosing your own adapter, look at the tiny print on it and find OUTPUT. I recommend a simple, good-quality adapter marked 5V DC, 1A (5 watts). The 5V is the important voltage specification. The 1A rating means the adapter can supply up to one amp; it doesn’t force one amp through the device.More powerful USB chargers should theoretically be fine with properly designed charging electronics because the device draws the current it needs. But considering the charging failures reported in the reviews, I see no reason to use a high-powered or fast-charging adapter when a basic regulated 5V/1A adapter does the job.I’m also being conservative about charging time. The manual says approximately 1½ hours for a full charge, but I intend to charge mine for about one hour and then unplug it, rather than routinely leaving it connected until completely full. Lithium batteries don’t need to be charged to 100% every time. A properly functioning charging circuit should prevent overcharging, so this precaution shouldn’t normally be necessary, but given the complaints about this particular device, I’d rather err on the side of caution.In short: original cable + quality 5V/1A adapter + about an hour of charging, and don’t leave it plugged in unattended or overnight.I haven’t had the device long enough yet to judge how well it actually works. Amazon’s shopping AI says its customer Q&A identifies the wavelength as 630–635 nm, but I haven’t been able to verify the original source. More importantly, I cannot find the irradiance (mW/cm²) anywhere.I’d particularly like to know this because I’m interested in using Mode 2 (heat + red light, no vibration) over the closed eyelids to warm the meibomian glands and help loosen their oils. Knowing both the peak wavelength (nm) and irradiance at the treatment surface (mW/cm²) would allow the light exposure to be compared meaningfully with published photobiomodulation research.If the manufacturer, seller, or anyone with the proper measuring equipment knows the wavelength and irradiance, please add that information.

This helps with some eye issues. All of a sudden doesn’t hold a charge. Only had this for less than a month

ive purchased 100s of dollars worth of tear drops, and while yes those help (mainly the ivizia brand drops), nothing compares to buying this wandthe charging part -> i agree that it is weird how in order to charge it you must not use usbc to usbc cables only usb-a to usb-c. it will NOT charge at all if you use usbc to usbc. and i think its only like usb 2.0 that works on it and at times only a low voltage block works on top of that. idk its weirdbut anyways i think i bought this back in July 2025 and its still going strongwhenever i get back pain it gives me neck pain which in turn gives me eye pain! and that basically causes me to have double vision at times on my left eye and dries it out until i take a nap or stretch until my back calms down.well this helps me calm it down and makes it create tearsthis is probably one of the best purchases i have made for eye carei only get this level of comfort when i take a hot showernow idk how long itll last me but for this price ill just buy another when i need to
