I was so impressed with this product! It has the difference sizes and one for newborn. I only had it on level 2 and it got so much snot out of my sons nostrils! I tested the suction on my hand and it was gentle. There is a light and it will even play a song. My son squirmed with the putting it on his nose but didn't cry or anything! Definitely a must have! Had a lot of control compared to the old school bulb. And EASY to clean!

This thing is amazing. I had been using the haaka manual nasal aspirator for my baby’s boogies. It was fine when she was newly born and unaware, but now at 2 months she’s started becoming distressed and very upset when I would need to remove her boogies and it was making in increasingly harder to get them out. Plus I hate her crying like that if I can help it. This thing sucks them out within seconds and she barely notices. I don’t use the newborn insert though, that one is too shallow to get the deep boogies out that I’m after. I highly recommend this. The price point along with how well it functions can’t be beat. I’ll be getting all my new mom friends this one

I was given this as a baby shower gift and love it so much that I bought it for a friend for her babies. This little contraption is easy to hold one handed and to get those little hard to clean places in your babies nose. If your like me, when you see those little milk boogies they drive me crazy...this has helped me to suck them out gently. With my previous kids, I only had the big blue bulbs that felt like they were sucking out their lungs and it was a fight every time. They would see the bulb and start fighting! This little nose sucker is more gentle and not as traumatic. You can adjust the suction, put on lights, and even play music. So far I've not had to break out the lights or the music. My little one lays there while I used the pointy tip to suction out those little boogies that block their breathing. It does come with other tips that you can switch out. So far I have only used the long tube like tip. They are silicone and bend easy. They do not hurt them if you accidentally poke them. They are easy to clean as well. I just rinse them after each use. I would highly recommend!

Works well but I hate the music. Its "the wheels on the bus".. not really helpful.

Let me tell you , this thing works soooo much better than any name brand one I’ve had with 3 kids this is amazing !!! Different setting , different attachments, battery lasts forever and it’s not that loud. Most importantly it’s affordable. I used a photo that actually had some stuff in it because that was within seconds it cleared it out of my 4 month olds nose.

wayyy better then the bulb. love the light and music, keeps my two month old soothed while i’m using it on him. has 5 settings but the second setting seems strong enough for getting out the gunk. was nervous about cleaning it but it all comes apart and you can order extra silicone tips

Okay, so my little one totally despises this contraption, but I'm obsessed with it! It's a total game-changer for clearing out all those nasty boogers. Seriously, it gets *everything* out so they can finally breathe easier. It might be a struggle getting them to cooperate, but the results are so worth it. It's one of those things you just have to power through for their own good. They might cry for a minute, but then they're so much happier and more comfortable. It really makes a difference when they're feeling all stuffed up. I highly recommend it if you're dealing with a snotty toddler!

Battery ran down, charged it up, then it would never turn on again. Returned for a refund.
