I am a stickler for energy supplements pre-workout. I used to take C4- great energy, but almost too much, and it made my lips and hands tingle. My friend told me about prolific and said the melon berry twist tastes like a baby bottle pop- which 100% it does! I LOVE this stuff. I do orange theory fitness, so i need my pre-workout to kick in so I can get through my work out. I add ~1/2 cup water with 1 spoonful of the pre-workout...it is FABULOUS. I could probably eat it straight out of the container, it's so yummy! I get a great work out in, I feel focused the entire time. I don't get itchy, tingling or anxious/nervous like the c4 did to me. Really love this stuff and will be purchasing again!

I chose this preworkout years ago while in an IRL vitamin shop. Chose it due to the good pricing and solid list of ingredients which I know are good for the brain. Been using just this brand ever since and I’ve never gotten sick of it! I always got the melon berry twist which tasted good, but I just switched to the sour green apple this time since I saw it as an option and I’m even more pleased w the flavor. (I love sour candy and it’s actually kinda sour). This preworkout is a great thing to have for those days when I’m really dreading my workout, though I don’t drink every day since I don’t like to rely on caffeine. One way to tell this is a great brand is to see what they use for the coloring — for this green apple flavor, they used spirulina and turmeric extract for color:) two things I take vitamins for every day, I love it. The sweetener is sucralose, so be aware of that if you consume sucralose in any of your other regular products. Too much sucralose is not recommended.

If you’re a just looking for quick wake up call without the typical jitters of other pre, then this is the pre-workout for you. I take 1 1/2 scoops on my lift mornings and it does enough to keep me awake and focused throughout my 1 hour lift with no jitters or tingling sensation. What I love most is that the caffeine content in this is a moderate amount (160 mg per scoop), so you don’t have to worry too much about overdoing it on your daily caffeine consumption. Overall, If you’re looking for a pre-workout that gives you a mad pump and gets you highly awake in an instant, this is not gonna fit the bill for ya. But, if you’re just looking for an easy going and clean pre-workout that can provide just enough energy and focus needed to hit a good workout, then this is the one for you.

I love this preworkout. It's simple, the flavor is quality and the effects are pure. By that i mean that its smooth and effective. I dont get a buzz or a huge energy surge but I never get tired and I dont fatigue nearly as easily. I just feel focused and ready to attack any workout, whether it be powerlifting or a high volume arm day. Also the pump is really good. I reccomend at least a scoop and a half for a serving however. Won't get you psyched but it'll let you reach full potential during a workout without jitters.

it’s been a few weeks of using this and working well so far. i always had an issue with that terrible painful itch that other pre workout powders cause due to the beta alanine. i only use 1 scoop but still feel a caffeine pump for a solid workout, not a crazy rush but that’s not necessary. flavor is pretty good too! i recommend especially if you get that itch with the other stuff like i do.

Very clean pre workout. Zero itch. I've been looking for a strong clean pre workout and this one is great. I can't stand the itchy feeling some pre workouts give and this one was true to its advertising. Nice focus and pump. Zero crash or itch. Good flavor as well. 5/5

This pre workout works amazing, i LOVE the fact that it doesn’t give the itchy feeling most pre workouts give. It also taste great too (melon berry twist) like a candy!

Gives a good boost for my workout, I do feel jittery which is ok. The taste is why I give low stars, there’s a strange bitterness.
