Worked perfect!
I purchased this to compare the results from the CVLIFE Bore sight kit that I purchased at the same time after I was having issues (so I thought) with the in-bore laser I already had but thought it was wrong. Well, it turned out that the scope just needed to be reset to zero because I had gone a full turn down on the turret but needed just a bit more. We all make mistakes and have bad days and I have no problem admitting it. Now I have 3 laser sighting devices and of the 3 all are good but I do really like the CVLIFE bore sight kit, it goes in the end of the muzzle but is so much better than what we could buy 10 - 15 years ago, it doesn’t move one bit. And when I compared one against the other- they were exactly the same, perfect center dot. I hope this helps someone else.

Neat item - had to go buy batteries
Great idea, fits right in your chamber and send a laser out the bore. The batteries that came with it were dead - had to go buy some AFTER doing a cross reference because the batteries they sent were outdated and their number had changed. Worked great after it got new batteries.

Super easy to use and bore-sight in. Cones with spare batteries. Recommended after sundown if you want to zero outside.

Bore sight worked as needed but shipping was very delayed and we got it after it was needed.

Don’t waste your money
I bought this laser sighter to sight in a new scope. I tried it out in the backyard, and it worked just fine. But when I got to the range it completely stopped working. I tried taking the batteries out, warming them up and putting them in a different order but it still didn’t work. It was useless, and it took many rounds just to get the scope zeroed in. Complete junk.
