1500 Live Ladybugs Hippodamia Convergens

The ladybugs showed up happy and healthy! We released them according to the directions and they did well, before we knew it there were even Ladybug larva in the garden. They seemed to help a lot with the aphids. I will likely buy these early again next year as a natural pest repellant.

Arrived ahead of schedule and we’re 99.9% alive. I didn’t inspect all 300 but I’m very happy. They got right to work on my plant and I’m very pleased. Included was a separate container incase you didn’t want to release all on one crop.

We could not be happier with our purchase and our garden is coming back to life. A little more than half have flown to their next destination, but we still have a lot that are continually feeding off of our garden pests.

The ladybugs came sooner than expected and were mostly alive which I didn’t expect. I set them free in my garden! So fun

Lots of lady bugs

This was an amazing order. I have been struggling with thrips, aphids, mealy bugs, and fungus gnats in my ~400 plant collection. Almost all of these arrived alive and they immediately went to work. These little serial k!llers left no stone unturned and completely obliterated the pest population that had heretofore been unperturbed by my MANY attempts to eradicate them through chemical means. Lady bugs are like the honey badgers of the houseplant world. Don't let exhaustion talk you out of your household conservatory dreams! Let the lady bug mafia do the work for you!

Future buyers beware! Nothing bad in regards to shipping or handling of the ladybugs. My compliant is about the actual ladybugs themselves. So my little brown package arrived with suppose 750 ladies. After sunset I watered my greenhouse and released the little Divas under my plants as instructed. Lots of stragglers and had to shake the bag to get the buggers to come out and even after a day they still didn't seem to want to move. Long story short they went everywhere but on the plants to eat the aphids/mites/thrips. I must have gotten the laziest batch of ladybugs ever! They lay on the soil and don't really go anywhere. There might be one ladybug on every other plant and I know I still have several hundred on the top soil cause I see them either moving around the topsoil and/or resting in a hiding spot. In the photo, I took a piece of wood that the ladybugs were congregating on, and I put it up in my plant to try to get them off and eat the bugs on the plant but as you can see, that didn't work. Nevertheless, I expected more and had higher hopes that these ladybugs would fix my problem, but by the looks of it, that'll probably never happen and I'll have to find other means has to get rid of my aphid/mites and thrip problem. Bottom line, if you have a bug problem, I wouldn't solely rely on ladybugs to be the permanent solution.
