The package came on time in a very nice box. It included 2 connecting wires (usb A to type c) and (type c to type c) and a wall fast charger. The finish of the product is of high quality. The iPhone connected to the mag safe charging pod easily and securely. It’s a big base to hold the phone in place. The I watch connected and charged with ease and the mag safe air pods pro base was easy and charged the AirPods without any concern. The unit also comes with a 3 stage night light to double up as a night stand. It’s a great touch and the light is not too harsh. While the product is only 2 days old for me, it has worked perfectly so far.

Horrible product. Charges one device in 6 hours. Ultra slow charger. Even with 20 W C type fast charger and cable it is not working properly at all

This is a great product with very useful functions making it one of the most convenient charging station of all. Good quality! Also can be used as a night light!

Bought the Unigen Magtec 500 3-in-1 along with the usb-c cable and Unigen usb-A power adapter 18W. Day1: With the items arrived I could charge my phone, AirPods and watch all together without any issues. Day 2: All three devices connected to charge, but phone is not charging at all while AirPods and watch are going good. After 30 mins or so, phone shows the same percentage as it was before. Day 3: The Usb-C to Usb-C cable (connected to a different adapter) is also having the same issue - phone doesn’t showing any charge progress even after some time it is connected to the dock. Happy that the 3-in-1 is working as expected but the cables and the adapter are not the worth. Would recommend to buy the 3-in-1 separately and buy a 30W adapter and the usb cable of your choice that actually work.

The product stopped working in 4 months. The base got melted by heat. Luckily no one was injured. Update: Contacted the Unigen helpline and the team promptly replaced the device. Happy to see good after sales support.
