Great flavor - most electrolyte drink mixes have a slightly salty flavor. This powder has a sweet but not overly sweet flavor without a salty aftertaste. Refreshing after a run or workout!

You know, it hurt my feelings a little bit when John Oliver made fun of nuun. I dunno. It just cut. I can't describe it. John Oliver. Is his British accent as fake as his studio laughs? John. John. John. Nuun is a good product. It promotes drinking water.

Used this today during a run. I appreciate that it has less sugar than other sports drinks. It uses stevia for additional sweetness. It contains the salts (electrolytes) needed after a lot of sweating. Taste-wise, I didn't find this overly flavored, but not diluted/watery either. I think it hits a good balance. There is some aftertaste, but not too bad. Mouthfeel is fairly light. I initially thought it could use a little less color (I dislike the artificial color in drinks) - but then saw that all of the coloring is plant-based (like carrot). I mixed with exactly 16oz, as directed. Obviously, you could make it more/less concentrated by adjusting the water. The individual packets are convenient, but probably not the most environmentally friendly option.

Taste is great. The best I have had.

Love nuun electrolytes!!

Nothing that special in these to justify the price. Your body needs a specific range of each electrolyte in your blood. Adding more doesn’t help, and can cause problems if you get overloaded with sodium, potassium, etc. So much modern day snake oil everywhere making folks money because folks think anatomy & physiology is magic. Your body works like every other. This recipe works just as well: 1 quart water 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 teaspoon Lite Salt (potassium chloride blend) 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
