Product was as advertised. However, the fasteners (screws) were spread throughout the box. Many of the screws embedded in packing material, even including on the exterior of the shipping box. Good news is that you can purchase replacement screws at big box stores

I'm pretty sure this was returned through Amazon. But, I will not judge the product because soo. All my screws weren't labeled, but I found most of them on the bottom of my box. Had to guess what went where. The screw package was empty. The original packaging should be intacked.I got a little scared, as the product wasn't working, as I tried to light it up. Later to find, the battery given to light my ignition button was dead.With a new battery and a few extra screws from my toolbox. She's an excellent product!! The best barbecuer I've ever owned. And she's so pretty 😍

I like the Nexgrill Deluxe barbeque grill. I ordered my first one and it had the screw package totally opened; I could not find many of the required screws in the box. I returned it to Amazon. It was not easy to get everything back in the original box but I did it. I did like the construction and the unit itself.I bought it again hoping that this time it would have the screws to assemble it. The Amazon person assured me that another shipment would have all the fasteners. Again, the fastener package was open and there were screws everywhere in the bottom of the box. Luckily (and accidentally) I kept the (few) screws from the first shipment. To make a long story shorter, between the screws in the first shipment and those in the second shipment, I just had enough fasteners to assemble the unit.I like the finished product but this screw issue is ridiculous! So buyer beware, you may not get all the screws you need and they will not ship them to you. In fact, you simply have to return the unit. It is a bit bizarre. I did find later that the screws were described in the instructions on assembly and they can be bought at a local hardware store and Nexgrill will compensate you for your trouble.Also, the instructions are not great but it can be assembled in about 2 hours for the average guy.

Do not buy this. You will be tempted by the compact size and the flashy red. Dont. Do not. If you do, have fun with the bottom of the barrel cheap Chinese screws. At least 2 will strip out during assembly. Once you do, get ready for rhat pretty red paint to be charred after about the second grill. The drip pan? Even with a nice cover it will always be overflowing with a watery oily goo. This thing will drink propane like youve never seen before! Are you looking for that fine sizzle when you grill? Yeah. Oddly it never happens with this one. Cooking times? Get ready to double ir. This thing is garbage. I got sucked in. Dont do it. Chinese crap.
