No problems powering a Resmed AirSense 11 AUTOSET. The entire Resmed plug assembly is a poor design and is easily damaged if you pull the machine off of your dresser in your sleep. The machine needs to be tethered or anchored so that it can’t move. The coat hanger in the picture stops me from pulling it off and onto the floor at night. That’s an N95 filter taped on top of the air filter housing intake. The Resmed 11 has a poor filter design and allows unfiltered air into the machine.

I accidentally broke my original charger in my luggage. I bought this and it works exactly like the one that came with my CPAP. Perfect.

This works perfect for me to move my CPAP easily from one room to the next. I sleep half of my night on .t recliner then crawl off to bed. But doing that didn't get me enough hours logged to satisfy my insurance company and they came and took the CPAP back from me. I had to go through the entire sleep study (2 nights) all over again. It took almost 6 min to get it back. So now I plug one power cord in the living room and one in the bedroom. No moving the couch to unplug it then moving the bed to plug it back in.

Works just fine to power up my CPAP machine. Saves me a lot of work when I travel. A+

I have an AirMed Airsense 11 CPAP machine which comes with an AC adaptor but for my convinience I wanted to add an extra one to use while watching TV. Now I do not have to move the main unit and connect it next to my cough. My goal is achieved.
