do these charge other things via usb? like a powerbank as well?

No, the USB-C port does not output power. In response to your question, I attempted to charge several devices from the USB-C port on the camera battery. I tried this with a USB-C to Lightning cable and a USB-C to USB-C cable. None of those devices began to charge. I verified that these devices all accepted a charge when plugged into power sources with these same cables. The SmallRig battery that I used for this showed a 99% state of charge.
