Innate Vitality Magnesium Glycinate 500mg | 70mg Elemental Magnesium Supplement - High Absorption, Non Buffered, Non-GMO & No Gluten - Vegan - 120 Capsules (Pack of 1)

We have tried several Magnesium supplements, some much more expensive than this one, and we come back to this one every time. My husband and I take one before bed every night and have never slept better. It not only works well, but is a great value.

Th bestttt pills ever and I’ve been using these since 2023. I had bad heart palpitations for weeks, I was scared ,it was due to being under lots of stress . I went to an dietician and they recommended these, no bad heart paps since . I’ve had consistent sleep and wayyy less anxiety now, it’s insane . I feel calm waking up the next day again. I highly recommend to give these a try. Plus, I like the non GMO and clean ingredients. I’ll def try the vitamin d -k2 and switch to this brand next.

I take 2 of these an hour or so before bedtime and I am relaxed and ready for sleep

Works really well. Relax your body and calms your mind. I was able to sleep through the night and good bowl movement. On my second bottle

I bought these for my son, who struggles with sleep. My husband was hesitant about giving him supplements, so I decided to try them first. While it’s not a complete game-changer, I’ve noticed a positive difference. What I Loved: • Gentle on the Stomach: Neither of us has had any stomach upset. • Subtle but Effective: The effects are noticeable without feeling overly strong. It’s been a nice addition to our nightly routine. • Easy to Take: The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no aftertaste. • Clean Ingredients: I feel good giving this to my son since it’s free from unnecessary fillers or additives. What could’ve been better? • My son reported these helped him stay asleep. However, he was hoping it would make him fall asleep fast, and this just didn’t do that for him. Final Thoughts: This magnesium supplement has been a nice, gentle way to get some rest. If you’re looking for a natural way to support sleep, it’s worth a try!

I have been using this magnesium for years now and honestly this past year was a spiral down for weight and overall health habits and this past year i rarely took vitamins and felt the difference. For the first time in a while took this magnesium and had the best sleep ever and with time i know my energy sleep digestive system etc will begin to get back to normal with this supplement alongside other healthy habits. I totally reccomend this brand and its portion is really good for the price

I have been using this particular Magnesium for 2 years. It's one of the best kinds I've used, and would recommend!

Works great but the pills are larger, but I don't have issues with them

It is good quality product and will buy again the same one after will finish.
