I won't really know until I get blood work done if it is going to lower my cholesterol, but it is easy to take. It doesn't have a taste or smell, like some I have taken before.

Added to my cholesterol regimen years ago and my LDL levels are staying in the good levels. No garlic breath or burps like I've had with other capsules or liquid gels. Had my Doc "order" me to stay on it, if that means anything to anyone. Hope that this helps.

Kyolic aged garlic
Kyolic I took more than 8 months because I had high cholesterol. My level increased and never came down, very disappointed and kyolic does not work at all.
