I have 3 of these frames. They are easy to set up and offer nonstop entertainment. Great for family living far away because you can easily send them pictures and videos. I had an issue with the hardware malfunctioning on one of the frames, but the customer service was phenomenal, and they quickly took care of the problem. More than satisfied with this frame and the company.

I really like this frame! It's easy to setup and the pictures look great on it! I like that you can do either USB drive or over Wi-Fi when adding photos using the Uhale App. Storage capacity is great at 64GB! Holds tons of pictures!

This is for the 32 in version. Super easy to upload photos and video however the mounting bracket doesn’t swivel so you have to make a decision on what orientation to mount it. I went ahead and hour a different mounting bracket because this one was hard to install if you don’t have the proper tools. But the quality is good and the ease of uploading pictures or video is so simple. Good purchase.

Used this to display the menu at our office. Works well, it did become pixelated after few months of use. The size is exactly what we were looking for.

I really like this frame. I wanted something that was simple to operate -- copy the photos I wanted from my PC onto a USB drive or an SD card, insert and play. The description on Amazon recommended a 32 gig external source (USB or SD) and gave the desired format and I did that with a USB drive. This frame made it easy and the display quality is great. You can do it over wi-fi with an app if you prefer. I didn't want to have to do that. I had a couple of questions that weren't addressed in the instruction booklet so I emailed the address in the booklet and got a reply the same day. The next day I got a follow up. You can't ask for more than that.

Great product! Purchased this item for my mom's 97th birthday gift and once the "young folks" showed us "old folks" how to upload pictures on it, was quite simple to do. And, mom loved it! A great way to preserve memories from various people's pictures and upload onto this device. Such fun! Would highly recommend!

Sooooo goood. Bought for many friends and family. Videos. Pics. Etc and controled timing for on and off. Software is smooth and easy to use. Its a must. I did some creative things with this. Recommended.

Amazing digital frame, connects to wifi, you can add photos through phone app or external storage, it shows weather forecast, you can add videos up to 15 secs through the app. I love it.
