Does it cause staining?

On the packet it states that regular use may cause staining but this is easily removed by a dentist .

Packet states it may cause toothstaining! anyone had probs with staining? if so, does nhs tooth cleaning get rid of stains?

I have never had problems with tooth staining. Anyway, it should not be applied ON the teeth but between the teeth with a tepe. I squirt a little on my palm, and dip my tepe in it and then work the tepe between the teeth. Hope it works for you. Sal

When is the best time to use this? I know you need to brush and use mouthwash at different times but what about this gel?

I use Gingeval at night when I also use the interdental brushes. I squeeze some on the wash stand and put the interdental brushes on to collect it on the brush and on my last dentist visit , he said that my gums had improved.
