The Neodrain Linear Shower Drain looks fantastic. The brushed 304 stainless steel feels sturdy, and the Quadrato grate adds a clean, modern aesthetic. I’m glad I chose it for my two‑unit project. What really stood out, though, was their customer service. I reached out about an issue that wasn’t their fault, yet they were incredibly responsive and offered a fair compromise. You really see a manufacturer’s true character when you need help, and Neodrain showed theirs in the best way. Their quick replies and solid resolution mean I’ll be looking to Neodrain again for my next project.

The plumber installed this drain in our master shower. Modern upgrade bathroom design. It drains nicely and makes it super easy to remove hair from the shower. The basket inside of the drain that collects the hair makes collecting and disposing of hair super easy.

We recently remodeled our bathroom and decided to go with a linear drain. We love the matte black color and the shape of it. It has a great removable grate to be able to clean out when necessary. It catches all of the hair so that it does not go down the drain. It was an awesome upgrade to our new shower.

We ended up switching from the 36-inch to the 28-inch Neodrain model. The smaller size was much easier to install, it fits our shower space perfectly, and it looks absolutely beautiful. Clearing out hair and clogs from the channel is a very quick and simple job. My only complaint is the lifting clip tool used to open the metal grate. Our drain needs to be cleared out pretty often, and you absolutely need that special little hook to open it up. I have to keep the clip sitting outside the shower just so we don't lose it. I wish it was a little easier to pop open by hand, but otherwise, it is a very high-quality and sleek drain. TIP: A great trick is to buy a small, waterproof magnetic hook and stick it to a corner wall tile inside or just outside the shower. You can snap the Neodrain lifting key right onto the magnet so it stays high, dry, and always right where you need it!

Looks beautiful in my shower. Contractor said it was nice quality. It is still the same diameter drain hole- so if you normally clog the drain with hair, keep the provided hook close by.

A lovely and quality piece. I've had this drain installed and in use for several months and it's both handsome and holding up very well. It's in an upscale seasonal rental property where I choose materials conscientiously, and I would not have installed this drain if it appeared to have any deficiencies out of the box. It's made to really good tolerances and is a proper gauge. I hate to disappoint the you-get-what-you-pay-for crowd, but you could pay a whole lot more for a drain of this quality and do no better. I'll be buying another for another bathroom.
