Small risk of shock

The driver works perfectly however there is no cover for the power cable or the contacts it connects to. This means there is a small potential for someone being shocked.

Loud high pitch whistle

LED lights connected (purchased separately) work fine, but the transformer emits quite a loud whistle sound when operating. This gets louder / quieter depending on the dim levels of the LED's I'll see how it goes over the next couple of days, but not sure that I will be able to cope with the noise.
