Great value and tasty!
Very tasty. This is one of my favorite meals. My husband and I take the HMR meals when we travel to replace going out to eat. Plus, the meals are much healthier and taste better than most restaurants and all fast food places. Great value and super ease to use as you just open and place in the microwave for 1 minute. Portions are perfect. I recommend trying the various meals. We like them all.

Delicious and inexpensive
LOVE THESE MEALS! They are quick and easy to prepare and if you add veggies, you have a wholesome meal. Just tried the Chicken BBQ today and it's yummy. The calories are spot on between 200 and 300, and if you eat 5 - 6 times a day to keep your metabolism revved, you can still lose weight. These are much less costly that other prepacked plan meals, and do the same job. I highly recommend.

So good
This is one of those meals that you know is gonna be really good because of the aroma when you open the vent. Chicken and beans and rice in a tasty barbecue sauce. One improvement for me would be shredding the chicken. Other than that, go for it

This tasted good when I ate it, it is filling too. But afterwards I did not feel good, like I had too much salt or artificial stuff ... I had to throw out the rest. Too bad, I really had high hopes of having some great meals. If you want ready-made, long lasting chicken, just get the clean canned kind -- you can make chicken salad from it or heat it up. But these HMR meals are just too artificial tasing. None of them make me feel good, and I did not lose weight either. Too bad, I don't usually write bad reviews, it's must my opinion here. Sorry.

Close enough to 'real BBQ' to keep you on track!
I have used the BBQ chicken and other HMR meals before and am returning again. You are not going to be fooled into thinking you are at your favorite BBQ spot, but the tang and texture of the meal is enough to get you through some tough cravings. I am also a fan of their lasagna. Truly easy and needing no refrigeration until opened, the meals are a really easy 'to go' option. I have even taken them to restaurants, ordered a green salad and told the server that i was on a medically supervised diet (truth) and asked them to heat the meal. No restaurant has ever said no. I tip on the entire meal (including the HMR meal and the server's efforts). I also have left them in my hot car while running around on appts and let it heat naturally, so i could skip the fast food drive thrus and not be hungry or hangry...lol
