I got this because I am a 30-something with sensory processing issues so I hate the metal tips and how they sound on my screen. I do have the paper-like screen protector on my ipad so I was worried that the rubbery texture on these tips would clash but they actually work perfectly together. It is such a smooth writing experience and even without the screen protector, it will not scratch your screen. I use my ipad for planning, note taking, journaling, budgeting, etc. These tips have not had any issues with Good Notes or Notability, the writing process has been issue free. These are easy to replace on the apple pencil. I had the original apple pencil and then had to upgrade to the pro when I got the new ipad. The tips worked on both pencils without any sizing and fit issues. These were affordable and have lasted me a long time.

I did not like how dull the original Apple Pencil tip and I searched everywhere for the right one. I push down very hard when I write so I needed to find one that didn't wear down or break too easily. These are perfect! My only criticism is that the break off somewhat easily. It's a minor inconvenience compared to how great these are. I'm a PA student and I am writing in notability all the time.

I was so excited to order these, and loved writing with it but the tip only lasted 2 days of taking notes before it completely disintegrated :( it would leave black streaks on my screen, hands and desk if it touched.Great concept, very bad product unfortunately

I searched long and hard for apple pencil tips that would significantly reduce the noise of the pen tapping on the screen. I do not have a screen protector. This pen nib has rubber on the end, stiff enough to hold up to some pressure, but soft enough to greatly reduce any tapping sounds. I would compare it to using a rubber bouncy ball on a screen; still audible, but much less annoying. It also allows for some more authentic-feeling friction/resistance on the screen.As an artist, I use my apple pencil fairly often and tend to press harder on the screen than most. I bought these in May. Since then, I have used one replacement tip.It's starting to bend a little more than it should, so there are a couple of times when the tip won't register (1 out of 50 times, maybe, but I am a patient person so it doesn't bother me much). But it's still more than usable.It is not quite ideal to use just one tip for only three months, but purchasing two sets of these for $20 would last a full year. It's a relatively small investment but definitely changes a lot!If you haven't bought replacement tips before, they are definitely a little smaller than one may anticipate. They come in a clear plastic case with a padded bottom, so they aren't loosely bouncing around. The case itself is also very small, so make sure to know where it is!I think that these are great for the price, all things considered. I would recommend them to anyone who:a. doesn't like the loud tapping,b. wants to feel the friction and resistance of a pen, as if writing on paper,c. is overly worried about the hard plastic of the apple pencil scratching the screen without a protective film,d. wants a smaller tip for precision,and e. doesn't care for the flashy, bulky, colorful tip caps that many sellers offer on Amazon.They've been wonderful for me so far, and I will definitely be buying them again.

Performance and Response is good with line work for drawing however the tip feel on the surface leans more towards a waxy unappealing experience. At least for me.

I never write reviews but need to tell the writing world about this pen tip. As soon as I put it on, I enjoyed writing on my ipad again.It feels exactly like a gel pen, I had to check my goodnotes settings to make sure I didn’t accidentally switch the brush type. (If you don’t like the look of “inky” ends to your letters, write more carefully than me).I recommend a regular screen protector. Tried it on a matte one and it is still grippy but loses the gel pen effect.{I would not recommend this for artists, too difficult to make long strokes. Personally prefer a 2B soft tip for artwork.}Unknown durability but honestly happy to keep replacing it if it lasts a couple months, I write a TON.

I really like the feel these tips give the Apple Pencil. It has the same writing feel as a Pilot Razor Point Marker Pen

I’m apprehensive to buy tips because I use my pencil every day. I’ve bought bad sets before but I assure you and I do not work with or for the seller they work perfectly on my Apple Pencil 2 pro. I think it’s a pro but either way they work on my other pencil and it’s just a 2. These are great and the price is perfect. They are worth it they’re what the seller said the were and they work. Beat that with a bat !
