These lil bars are so darn good! I feel very satisfied after eating this lovely strawberry bar. I don’t feel bloated and that is a win, win!!❤️🍓

I tried these bars out of curiosity and they really surprised me. The strawberry and almond flavor is delicious, it doesn't taste artificial or too sweet, and the best thing is that they leave me satisfied for several hours. I have been using them as a snack between meals or when I need something quick before training, and they have helped me control cravings, especially in the afternoon. I also like that they have good ingredients for the intestine and that they provide fiber. They have not caused me discomfort like other high-fiber bars. I will definitely continue to buy them.

I gotta say, when i first got these bars, I didn't think something could taste this good and also have superb health benefits. I'm someone that strives to get enough fiber a day, but sometimes it isn't easy. These bars have changed that. Not only are they easy to grab and go, and taste so good, they do the trick. I honestly sometimes wake up in the middle o the night and crave them. If you are looking for a high protein, low carb and high fiber bar that YOU ACTUALLY want to eat, supergut has made them. I've tried so many brands our this one is legit!

*Taste/Texture: Solid. The small pieces of strawberry bits are great! Like a small dehydrated pop of flavor! The yogurt is also pretty much spot-on, but the slightly grainy texture does leave something to be desired -> 4/5*Effects: Definitely does help digestion, but not so much that a prebiotic/probiotic/fiber gummy couldn't replace it all-together. Here, you get an easy, fairly tasty snack or even meal replacement. 4/5Price: This is where it's ABSOLUTELY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. I was on the fence at 27.99 (Previous price *with* S&S Discount) -- Upping MSRP by $1 PER BAR is RIDICULOUS, even giving room for inflation. They're using the GLP-1 craze to milk you. 1/5, and that's being generous. They can keep 'em, won't be supporting such a company any further.*Final Thoughts: 3/5; Move along, these aren't the prebiotic bars you're looking for.

This is delicious! I love the taste and texture. I immediately bought another box. Good quality! But expensive.

These have a great taste and texture. Goes great with coffee and if you deal with constipation on a GLP-1, you will most likely get quick results (within less than an hour for me). They aren’t really high protein-the macros are pretty evenly distributed.

I’ve been eating these for 3 years and love them. On the sweet side but not sickly sweet like other artificial bars. Dense but not chalky like high protein bars. Good macros if you are counting fiber (which you should). I eat one for snack or emergency breakfast almost every day

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I ordered this costly product and while consuming the 3rd one in the box I discovered maggots within the individually wrapped bars. I immediately figured out how to communicate with the manufacturer- their fix… offered to send me more!!
