The instructions are easy to follow, it’s straightforward to set up and use, it fits in the fridge door (but not on the shelves), it filters well, and it holds a lot of water. Can’t fault it. I am not a big lover of water in general and I absolutely hate tap water, but I am now drinking a litre a day now. It honestly tastes better than some bottled brands and, with a bit of lemon, it’s lovely and very refreshing. I was highly sceptical, but have been pleasantly surprised and impressed with the taste.

This water filter jug is the best one I purchased. I love the lid with its opening. It's so easy to use and quite stylish. I can fill it without getting water everywhere and most of all it is cheaper than my other filter jugs. I'm pleased it comes with 3 filters. My other filter jug cost me £11, but I had to pay £14 for filters. So I would say this one is good value for money. The filtered water is so clear and has a nice taste. My cups of tea taste much better.

My jug was delivered next day very well packaged and in perfect condition. This is a replacement for my current one, which has seen better days. So convenient and easy to use. Makes a huge difference to my water which is very hard in this area. Makes the tea taste much better. Very good value for money, I would highly recommend.

I have seen a few reviews about people having theirs break and honestly, i don't see how. We have used it fine for months now and never had an issue, i think people are just being too rough with it when cleaning it or something. We have it in the fridge often and sometimes just out on the side if we don't want chilled and it makes water taste so much better!

The water tastes great, I live in Norfolk a hard water area and our tap water smells of chlorine most of the time, I did not drink it, I was only drinking bottled water. Now I have dumpted the bottled water and enjoying my cold filtered water and reduced my plastic waste and am saving money on buying bottled water its a win win.
