The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased a Steam Deck after doing intensive research, which led me to purchase this cooling fan to prevent potential issues with overheating. It arrived quickly and already charged, so I was able to test it out immediately. It fit on my SD perfectly, with no risk of it falling off and breaking like some of the other, cheaper fans I considered purchasing.I use it at the highest level at all times to get maximum cooling, and on average, it cooled by about 10 degrees. I could feel a difference through touch, especially when playing larger games (which is where overheating issues come into play according to the multiple accounts I read when looking into the SD), and I haven’t had a single issue with overheating since purchasing this fan.It is slightly loud (I took a video of the fan on its max setting, keep in mind it does sound a bit louder on video than in person), but it doesn’t bother me one bit, especially when you consider that fans are gonna make some noise if you want them to properly cool off your device. I usually play with a headset on, but on the rare occasions that I’m not using one, the SD is more than loud enough to allow the fan noise to fade into the background. Again, it doesn’t bother me at all, and it’s not as loud as some other cooling fans are.The charge lasts a super long time. I actually fell asleep a few hours while playing a game (I know, I know), and my SD was dead while the fan was still cooling away, even after having used it for a few hours already before falling asleep.Something that may bother some people is where the charging port is (I actually prefer it being exactly where it is), but if it’s an issue, there is a 90 degree charging adapter included. It takes a C-type charger, so if you’re like me, your probably have a million of those cords lying around, but if you don’t, it does come with a charging cord that fortunately is more than long enough to use it while it’s charging (way too often the included cord is barely long enough to reach from the port to the block).Overall, it was exactly what I was looking for! The price was within my budget, and its performance is excellent. There could be a couple things that bother others, but they’re relatively small issues that don’t bother me at all. I would definitely recommend purchasing one if you’re looking for a good quality cooling fan for your Steam Deck!

This is amazing. It works wonderful for my stream deck that I used constantly. It keeps it nice and cool for hours of use! Before this my steam deck was so hot I’d have to turn it off for a whole. The noise isn’t too noticeable and it fits the steam deck perfectly with no trouble.

The easy installation, and functionality of this cooler made it 10x easier for anyone to use. I will admit that the fan itself does make a good amount of noise, and also looks kind of bulky on the back of the Steam deck. However, even with all of that craziness aside, the item cools the Steam deck significantly and shows improvement when running high end games.

I purchased an LCD steam deck used and the fan was already struggling to keep the system cool. When I would run larger games such as RDR2 even at 30fps the deck would get hot with the fan was working overtime. After adding this to my deck I have never had an overheating issue. I do agree with other reviews it is a bit loud, but if you are playing with headphones, or a good sound system you don't notice it. I cannot praise the battery life enough, it lasts way longer than it's rated for I've had it last almost 8 hours on the medium speed setting! Lastly, it does fit over the Jsaux hardshell case but the fan is a bit bulky so for storage or travel I recommend removing it.

Couldn't believe how well this worked! Slides right into place and significant change in how hot my machine was running within minutes. It installed in one second and fit perfectly. It's sturdy enough that it doesn't move around or slide. You can use it plugged in or let it charge and use it wireless. It looks a little bulky but doesn't weight down the machine at all.

Absolutely worth getting. My SD stays so cool while playing. The charge lasts a long time and it fits the SD perfectly.

Certain games made my deck run hot. Sometes the game would crash due to the heat. Since using this my deck stays noticeably cooler,I've noticed improved performance and much less crashing. Yes it can be a little loud depending on the setting you have it on but for what it does I'd say it's worth it.

This little guy really does the trick. I absolutely love it. I rarely have to turn the dial all the way up to full blast - it's that effective - but even when I do, the noise is more negligible than other reviews led me to believe. Fits very snugly on my Deck, doesn't dislodge at all with how well it lines up with the vents on the top of the unit, and it has a kind of spring mechanism that extends the bottom attachment, making it very easy to take on and off. Sturdy little device, I can leave a game running and set the unit down on my desk and it has clear passage for air to continue to vent. I love it.
