Yes, mine do but not when the volume is low. Even when the volume is low the music is still clear and quite loud considering the setting. I didn’t find this a major issue but be aware.

Yes it should still work. The Noise reduction is based on the headset, not the Bluetooth. I used mine on a flight and its not bad.
