Great Phone Storage Option - S24 Ultra Compatible
Fits my S24 Ultra with a case. It is a little snug but works. I cut the inner key clip and tags out to help a bit with space. Would be perfect for a smaller phone or other random items you may want on your chest strap. The clip on the top works well to keep it from sliding down the strap and is positioned well enough to allow for my chest strap buckle to lie between the velcro straps. It would be nice if that was slightly adjustable, but will probably be a non-issue for most. Overall, it will be a nice addition to my pack to keep my phone out of my pants pockets and still in quick reach.

Great for Easy Phone Access!
I hike and backpack a lot. I also spent a summer doing field surveys using my phone (Pixel 8) for navigation and collecting field data constantly. So I need to easily access my phone, while also protecting it. This case is a life saver! I put this case on my backpack strap. It's easy to zip and unzip and the zipper has held up through extensive and constant use. It's kept my phone handy and protected while crashing through brush, stopping quickly to check my location, take notes, put it back in the case and move on. My phone was securely attached to my pack in the same brush that ripped off my gaiters, safety glasses and anything else it could tear or break off. When I could grumble about everything else, I was happy to know I wasn't going to lose my phone and it was super convenient to get to. It's kept things dry in light rain, same as a secure pocket of a backpack. I haven't tested this in heavier rain for a long period, but I'd guess this is more resistant than waterproof. You could use a plastic bag additionally to keep electronics or food protected. A Pixel 8 fits easily in the case a larger phone would be a tighter fit. You could probably fit a little more in, but it would slow down the quick draw. You could also put this on your belt strap if you have room. I like the position on my left arm strap below my shoulder. The zipper is up when closed and I use my right hand for access. Best with decent width strap (>1") and a good attachment for the clip at the top (vertically placed). Workable with a 3/4" strap, but floppy and heavy with a smaller pack. I recommend for a day or multi-day pack, when you're loaded up and it's not as convenient to take the pack off all the time to access a secure pocket in the lid, side or back of the pack itself.

Great strap pouch.
I've had this for a couple of years. It's bigger than I thought it would be. Perfect to hold my phone, I have my house and office key on the key holder and then I am able to keep some little items close at hand for hikes and the like. It has held up to daily use and doesn't look worse for the wear. No issues with the zipper or durability. I carry a full sized backpack most days due to a medical condition. This has been an amazing functional improvement to it.

Hand pouch backed up by a real guarantee
I have purchased two of these. They are a handy size for a "normal" phone, keys, and maybe a set of earbuds. They are well-made, and the zipper is easy to use and long enough. It's easy to get my phone or keys out without shuffling the pack. I like the key hook in the pouch. The attachment with velcro plus a catch for a band on the shoulder strap works well. I broke the strap on that catch on my original black pouch. In fairness, I may have put excessive strain on it, as I sometimes struggle to put on my pack (heavy coats in New England, arthritis in one shoulder). Osprey replaced it with a new black pouch, and I gave this Waterfront Blue one to my wife. Kudos to Osprey and their guarantee. Two wishes: 1. It'd be great if they made two shapes. This one is good (to me) for wearing on the left pack strap, but the zipper would be on the outside if one put it on the right strap. 2. Just *slightly* bigger would be good, maybe a gusset to give a little more space.

Too small for me
Functions as it should- nice to put on waist or chest strap of our backpack to create extra storage. Was just too small for what I wanted, so returned . Did fit my iPhone 15 pro, but not much else.

Lifesaver for having easy access to my phone while hiking!
Great phone case! I got tired of stopping, swinging my backpack off my back, and unzipping the front pocket of my backpack, every time I wanted to use my phone to take pictures. This solved that problem, it clips on and wraps around my shoulder strap (I discovered that I like it on my right shoulder strap), is super easy to get in and out of, and fits my slightly oversized phone great (Samsung Galaxy with slightly bulky case)

Perfect aside from one big flaw
This could have been the best bag accessory out there but it has one major flaw. The pouch slides around way too much no matter where I place it on the backpack strap. I had to use a key ring to stop it from moving, which works but isn’t perfect. Other than that, I love everything about the product. It’s a decent size and fits most things you might need to easily access: phone, passport, sunglasses, chapstick, etc. It’s small, so you won’t be able to fit a lot in it but it’s good for one or two big things. The zipper is easy to open and won’t break easily, and the black color goes with almost everything. Aside from how much the pouch shifts around it’s the perfect addition to a backpack.

Great size
I should have gotten one of these for each pack I own, big enough to fit both a Inreach mini, or a GPS and also a Iphone, all my navigation in one pouch, very accessible, what's not to like?

Excellent additional storage for backpack straps or waist belt. I'm using a pair on a Camelbak. Well secured with good zippers. Holds small items or electronic devices, basic first aid (TQ is awkward fit). Sunglasses might be a tight fit depending on their case. Check your measurements carefully to ensure there's enough real estate available where you intend to mount it-- it is likely more useful lower on a strap than higher up on your shoulder. Familiar Osprey quality.
