Although the price is on the far end they are quite nice but only downside is you cannot attach crampons! For that kind of money I would expect for the shoes to be sturdy enough to handle crampons. Pros - light weight, solid grip Cons - cost and no facility to add crampons General view - there are other products available with better facilities for the price you pay!

Used them for winter hiking, and they did well. I did experience cold toes from time to time, but I haven’t yet found a shoe that has kept my feet warm for an entire hike. They kept my feet dry. I found the traction good enough to allow for hiking in bare boots until inclines increase too much. They paired well with both crampons and snowshoes. I’m very happy with them.

For the money I was expecting substantially more comfort. They seem to fit somewhat strange. I was hoping for basically an outdoor pair of Brooks that gives you a lot of support but is made to Bear the elements. I sent these shoes back. I did look very nice though
