Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Cleanser – Daily Exfoliating Foaming Face Wash – Clinically Formulated Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid Gentle Facial Scrub

This cleanser is creamy, skin softening and gentle on the face. I absolutely love it!

I love this facial cleanser and I hate that I love it because it’s so expensive but you only have to use a tiny bit at a time and it makes my face appear brighter and soft. So I would say it works well and I have sensitive skin and this wash does not bother my skin but it does contain actives, so if I leave it on for longer than it takes to wash my face, it will start to burn. I was previously using the iS clinicals one and I do like that one still but I like this one more.

This is my FAVORITE wash. I dont know the actual smell but it smells familiar from my childhood. Very nice scent. Almost like a bowl of fruit loops. Anyways, this leave my face feeling unbelievably fresh and clean. No irritation at all. Please give it a try! I have been using this stuff for years now! One of my favorite items that I look forward to arriving!

The tube is much smaller than i expected but that is not the reason for the 4 stars. When i used Mychelle fruit enzyme cleanser (their older formula) it actually exfoliated my top layer of dead skin immediately which was fantastic. This cleanser did not have noticeable exfoliation of dead skin. However, reviews suggest it is an excellent product so l will continue to use it. Perhaps it will happen over time.

This is a very gentle exfoliant! It doesn't cause irritation on my skin, and it doesn't leave it feeling dry or tight after usage!

This is product my husband uses on his skin which is thicker than mine. So I would say this is for combination or oily skin that isn’t fragile. He loves it and needs approximately 2 to 2.5 tubes of this a year. A little goes a long way. He likes using it in the shower after his skin has warmed up from the steam and then adds the product and lets it sit on his skin for a couple minutes before a rinse. He loves how his skin feels and looks afterwards.

I'm slowly but surely falling in love with everything that is Kate Somerville. I originally tried her ExfoliKate exfoliator and I do really like that. I liked it so much that I decided to give her face wash a try as well. First let me say it smells amazing. It smells like tea, specifically.. a mix of orange pekoe and earl grey (you can definitely smell bergamot in it). I love it. It's a light fragrance, so if you're sensitive to stuff like that, it shouldn't be an issue. It smells natural, not chemically or synthetic. Anyway, this stuff comes out like a paste. It's very different from any face wash I've used. It's almost like a super concentrated paste, because you need very very little of it. Just a tiny pea-sized dot will cover my face and neck, so this stuff will last you quite a while. It isn't terribly foaming like the name suggests, but it does get the job done and makes your skin feel clean. But the most impressive part about this face wash is how smooth and soft it makes your skin feel! I have never used a face wash that has made my skin feel like that. It truly is amazing. I know this stuff is really expensive, like a lot of Kate Somerville's stuff, but this here is very much worth it. I like this even better than I like the exfoliator, and I really like that stuff. It's worth the splurge. If you're unsure, try and get a sample or just buy the travel sized version of this to test it out. You'll love it. Would work great on both dry or oily skin - I have normal to dry skin, and it doesn't dry me out at all.

For such money I expected my skin to GLOW 24/7. Just a good cleanser

Creamy cleanser would recommend makes face feel very smooth and removes dirt and dead skin.

This is a fantastic cleanser and exfoliator, but it is a bit pricey. If you do get it, do leave it on for at least 2 minutes for it to exfoliate or else you're just wasting it (I put it on before I brush my teeth). I find that if I use this 1-2 times a week, I don't have to use any stronger exfoliants, which is great for when my skin is sensitive. That said, it is really pricey for a cleanser and I'm not sure if I will replace it when it's used up.

Finally found a cleanser that works for me. Dosent leave my skin dry or irritated and I like the smell.

MADE MY EYELIDS ITCHING (EVEN WITHOUT APPLYING THERE BUT IN THE FACE) AND VERY SENSITIVE. I WAS NOT ABLE TO APPLY MY NIGHT SERUM NEITHER MY EYE SHADOW UNTIL 3 WEEKS AFTER THE FIRST AND ONLY APPLICATION.
