Honestly! If you’re in the market for a head torch this is it!!!I wild camp, work outdoors & dog walk in the thick of night so this thing is the perfect all rounder! Here’s why;• Head band is comfortable and with the weight of it can be warn for multiple hours.• On / Off button can be operated with mittens on that’s how ergonomic the button is.• Overall operation which conserves battery. 1click to turn to eco (which is enough) double click to see distance and double for red light (good for wild camping & star gazing)• The charger is both a pro & a con. Its amazing magnetic ability to connect to the torch is impressive and doesn’t take long to charge. But if you loose it or damage it you’ll have to buy another.So glad I found this make & model, I may even buy the perun 3 for van life while this one would be my wild camping head torch.

I had the original one of this and it was superb. Somehow it has disappeared and I missed it so much I bought this. It's brighter and the red beam is very useful. The magnetic end allows numerous options. Coming from a time when the Petzl headtorch with a big, square, expensive battery was covetted, I never cease to be amazed by LEDs. I think this one hits the sweet spot in size/duration/brightness/durability/water resistance. Spare batteries are virtually weightless and if necessary the magnetic charging lead could be attached to a power pack and it would still weigh less than olden days head torches did. I have a fine collection and this is my 'go to' one. One final point: it's an excellent emergency torch for an MTB backpack, the white and red options are more than adequate. Worth the money even at full price.

Love this light. I have many head lights and torches being an electrician. This is by far my favourite.Head light and EDC torch, battery indicator, red light, loads of modes, waterproof, LOCK! Magnetic, rechargeable, small….. I could go on.Feels great to handle too. Well done Olight, I bought a spare for everyday use too.Went for the mini as smaller and will take up less room in my already full pocket. 1100lm is more than enough for everyday use, if you need brighter you just get a massive torch.Would like to see batteries for sale too as the “off the shelf” 16340 batteries you can get don’t have the Olight’s double pole end to allow the magnetic charger to work (but you can just use a larger 16340 battery and charge it up separately.

Build quality is great, size is awesome as well.The shape and profile is also very nice. Magnetic charging is superb, shame more torches aren’t like this now. Double pocket clip is also a nice touch as is the headband.My only issues is the soft touch on/off, then double clicking to cycle through the med and high/turbo mode. Prefer a solid click. There’s also a tiny delay when you turn it on or off it’s literally about half a second probably less tbh.This has now replaced my Fenix LD15R permanently. This is twice as bright, easier to charge, no rubber USB port, headband and a better shape.Nice bit of kit, bit over priced though. It’s well worth getting don’t get me wrong. Just lacks the refinement of a Fenix for me although it has replaced one of my Fenix.

Brilliant torch. Lightweight and powerful. Battery lasts for ages. Doesn’t seem to be affected by dust or water. It’s easy to use and it’s comfortable when used with the headband. The magnetic base is strong and very useful. Charging is simple. Just buy it already

Excellent torch that ticks all the boxes. The main thing for me was that it was comfortable to carry in a trouser pocket which it is especially if you remove the clip. Very tough, reliable, durable and capable. It's amazing how often a pocket light comes in handy and wouldn't be without it now.

i bought this to replace a different brand that had got over 3000 positive reviews turned out to be as much use as a chocolate teapot. battery life was rubbish. this one however is perfect. tiny but very bright, and has loads of different settings. i use the moonlight setting a lot if i have to get up in the middle of the night. instruction manual was quite difficult t work out, thats my only criticism. battery life seems very good, not had to recharge it once as yet.

Always wanted one of these so bought it during Black Friday to save a few quid. As my job requires me to go out on call in the middle of the night in the middle of no where I need a good light source to work with. Like many Olight products very easy to charge and battery is really good and OMG how much light can you get from such a small product well loads is the answer.
