This is the most durable mattress protector I have ever purchased. It has a nice strong waterproof material on the bottom and the top has a nice strong material natural feel to it. So it looks like a regular thick sheet on the surface, but adds the waterproof protection on the bottom part closet to the mattress surface. It’s actually very attractive, besides it’s durability and the fit is very good. I got a Queen and it fit very well with room to breath. I have a memory foam on top of my mattress and the waterproof mattress protector still fit above both. I purchased another one for my guest bedroom which does not have a mattress topper and the fit was still nice and neat, not too baggy by itself; not too snug on the bed with the memory foam.

Added this king cover to our mattress that has 4" toppers on it and it fit well. Soft and quiet too. Seems like a good value. I've also now ordered one for our motorhome.

These are great. They are quiet so when you move they don’t crinkle. Washable which is nice and sturdy.

Purchased to cover/protect couch cushions due to our aging dog. (Yes, I'm a softy for our sweet, old dog). This fits lengthwise perfectly AND matches the couch. The waterproofing is heavy duty (more so than any other waterproof covers I've purchased), sides are stretchy to adjusted to different depths, and elastic goes all the way around the edge, not just on the ends or corners.When washed, I noticed that water collects in the protector during the spin cycle due to the waterproofing material. Just something to be aware of when transferring to the dryer.The ONLY thing I don't like about this waterproof mattress cover is the "Terry" loopy top. It is POLYESTER. It is NOT cotton terry like a bath towel. It sticks to dry hands/feet like microfiber. Even my dogs feet snag the "Terry". As a precaution, I purchased the matching Utopia fitted sheet to go over top of it & it works perfectly & feels SO much better.

Mattress cover works great! Thin and breathable but durable and easy to put on mattress - Reasonably priced - Very happy with this purchase.

I have 3 children under 7, so having a water resistant mattress cover is a must! We have 2 for each bed, so that when one is being washed, a new one goes right back on the bed pronto.I was surprised by the thickness of the top on these. I've used linenspa previously, and while they're okay too, they're a little thinner and over time they start to loose their water resistant properties.I *think* that over time, the material stretches from use (creating tiny cracks, and the heat from the dryer doesn't help either), so eventually you'll need to replace them. This is probably true for any of this type of products. But I think these ones will last a bit longer.Do take notice though, that there is no water resistant material around the sides of the mattress protector, it's only on the top. Not a deal breaker for me, but worth mentioning.

This is a great item ! I read all reviews before buying ! This item fits our LARGE mattress perfectly ! It even stays in place , which is amazing .There is a lot of material to go under the mattress , LOVE THE SIZE !! The top of it that sits on the sheets , is SO SOFT ! I realized the first time I laid on in .The SOFTNESS is AMAZING .It is SO MUCH BETTER then any other I have bought .So if you LOVE SLEEP , LIKE I DO , this is the one to purchase !! I purchased this cause I baby yorkie is still being potty trained along with its good to have protection due to us having a memory foam matress as well from accidental spills. I was honestly skeptical cause the material was so thin and I didn't really feel any plastic but toy surprise our yorkie a wee wee accident and just had to just was the the sheet and bed cover protector only. No wet spot or damage on matress so I'm very happy with purchase

Bought this seven months ago.I have to say this is a very nice product. Nice deep stretchy pockets, the elastic is holding up well. It stays in place for me. Although it is waterproof I was concerned it would be too hot and cause sweating during the summer. I have not had any issues in that regard.It washes up great. One time it was inside out in the wash and it was soaking wet when done and had a lot of water trapped in it. Making sure it is right side out and spread evenly in the washer has worked for me.The terry type material is nice and comfy.So far other than the water in the wash I haven’t found anything else wrong with this mattress protector.It was a great price and I have been quite happy with it.
