AIRDOCTOR AD3500 Air Purifier

I've been using the AIRDOCTOR AD3500 for a few weeks, and the difference in air quality is noticeable. The unit is quiet on the lower settings, and the Auto mode adjust instantly whenever it detects changes like cooking or lighting a candle. The filter system feels genuinely effective; the air smells cleaner, and the dust buildup has gone down. The size is perfect for medium-to-large rooms, and the touch controls are simple. My only note is that Turbo mode is louder, but it clears the air fast, so I only use it when needed. Overall, this purifier feels well-built, efficient, and worth the investment if you want cleaner air without constantly adjusting settings. Very happy with this. Very easy set-up, no problems. Was concerned about neg reviews but all good after 3 weeks use. Quiet at night in Sleep mode (which also dims the way-too-bright blue light). I have significant lung disease and we live in a poor AQI/high alergen area and this has helped immensely. I turn it on full blast for a few hours once a week or so to catch up on any new dust, but otherwise we keep in Sleep mode. While not inexpensive, it's worth the $ risk to save irreplaceable lungs. Get the extended warranty if you're concerned and advise buying through Amazon--always easy to handle problems.

We’ve gotten two of the 3500 units for our home and they work incredibly well. I feel so much better when I wake up; my throat isn’t all dry and my nose is not stuffy. One of my children is medically complex and it feels great to know this purifier will filter our air so we know what we’re breathing is clean and free of irritants. We leave ours on auto and it turns up to the yellow or red setting when we’re doing nebulizer treatments, running the dishwasher, and sometimes while cooking in the kitchen; usually if we’re using a high temp for the oven or stove top. I turned it on high manually the other day when I was sweeping and dusting and it literally sucked up everything; I could see it moving right towards the purifier from across the room because the sun was shining at that time. I’ve even turned it up if we have visitors that are wearing too much scent like perfume. It’s easy to set up and very sleek looking too. We got them late in the fall so I am curious how they’ll do at the start of next fall when the ragweed affects my entire family. I’m hopeful based on what we’ve noticed so far. My mom has bought one since we got ours too and she’s not usually into products like this but I can’t help but rave about it to everyone. Highly recommend, thank you!! Update 4/7/24: The light just came on to replace the carbon filter for the first time. So it lasted almost exactly 6 months as expected. You do have to manually reset the change filter light which can be done by holding down the timer and ion buttons for 3 seconds. Easy. Thank you! Update 2/24/26: Still using this and have purchased several more for our home. Helps significantly with allergy symptom reduction. The filters don’t lie and this product is worth the price! Burnt some pizza ( when broiling the cheese) , oven was smoking , eyes watering and not easy to breath. the air doc kicked on high and cleaned the air quickly . It detects when there are more particles in the air and increases speed. I Have 3 air docs in my house. The air filters and carbon filters are kinda a pain to keep up with and can be expensive ( but you can get good deals off of Amazon). Definitely recommend! Husband has bad allergies and has had a sinus infection every year. But since living with these he hasn’t had any. (3 cats in the house too and it doesn’t smell) Definitely recommend

The product is fantastic, does everything as promised. The only bad part of the purchase is on Amazon, with the delivery of the product, 2 failed attempts, one my fault because I didn't realize I had to be home for the delivery, the two their fault, saying they attempted delivery, when I was sitting within 6 feet of where the delivery (as noted in delivery instructions) should have been. Nobody tried to deliver anything. I called within 15 minuets of the supposed attempted delivery to have them re deliver and they said it had already been returned to the distribution center. They said they would try to find someone to pick it up and deliver, but that didn't happen. I did finally receive it on the 3rd day. The only reason I ordered it through Amazon was because they could deliver it quicker than the anyone else. For medical reasons I needed it delivered as soon as possible

Excellent investment! People ask me how my house smells so fresh without candles or deodorizers. I have the AD3500 and it cleans the air in a 500 - 600 square foot area. I highly recommend.

This air purifier or others call it “a glorified fan”, has been nothing but great. It works better than you expect and it gives the air some kind of “clean” smell. It could just be a placebo but who cares I know it’s working. Now I use this air purifier for everything I usually try to put it right next to my oven when I am cooking so I don’t have to smell everything throughout the house. It gets like 90% of the smell out. Because of its auto adjusting mode It so nice as it ramps up when it needs too, and slows down when it can. At night I have it in my room and it’s very quiet it honestly helps me sleep. I usually press the night mode button which makes all the lights turn off which is such a nice feature and shows the amazing build quality! I have only had to clean it once and it’s super easy, if your using it next to your stove it might get this kind of “snot” drip on it, which comes off very easily. Then if you want to clean the inside just simply vacuum it up, so super easy to clean. Like i said it works better than I expected and as I got this on a black Friday discount it’s 100% worth the money. Additionally like I said about the dimming feature, it is also very bright when you need it too be so you can see how bad the air quality is!

Works well, but if you use it all the time, the filters will cost a lot of money regardless where you get them from. They do have a generic version but I haven't tried them yet. A friend suggested vacuuming the filters, don't know if that will work. It's easy to use just by pressing the buttons on the top and it does work harder if you have a fish smell or burnt toast smell in the house so it takes the odors out fairly quickly. It's quiet so you can sleep with it on. I gave it a 4 because you need to either change the expensive filters frequently, or try to vacuum them. You have to replace 2 different filters. I don't use the timer because I have legs and can easily walk up and turn it off.

I love this air purifier. The filter size is substantial enough to do a good job. It’s quiet, easy to use and I like the option of turning off the operating lights for nighttime. I noticed a difference in air quality the day after plugging it in.

Lovely, it’s picking up lots of dust and senses when their is smoke from cooking and automatically goes into a higher mode.
