Is it dishwasher safe?

Hello, yes our Tofu Press is dishwasher safe. It is also easy to rinse and handwash, whichever you prefer.

Where is the water held? Is there a drain or separate tray so it’s not sitting in the water?

The bottom plate is grooved for drainage. The water drains from the press into the sink, bowl, whatever you have to catch the water.

Will the smoothie inner bag leak?

So far I haven't encountered this problem. Its inner bag is very thick, so there is no need to worry about it.

Just got my press and there are no instructions on how to assemble it! Tried to look at photo, but have extra rings. What do I do?
