We’ve been taking Omegas for a long time and this one is excellent as you don’t get the nasty fishy flashback with it - there’s a lemon oil added so that when it DOES come back (they ALL do in my experience) it’s pleasant as it’s a lemon essence instead of dead fish. Absolutely worth the money for quality and “taste”!!
