How much capacity does it have? I'm planning on using it on bulk stores so... how many oz?

it would easily hold 16 oz of most dry items. The bags are 8inches by 10 inches.

Are these good for place homemade chips in? Since they carry some oil on them. I don’t want the bag getting oily.

We do not recommend to use the bags to hold chips, them will getting oily.
