Does what it’s supposed to, but it needs to draw power to do it, and I’m using it with my Nintendo Switch 2 and a dock. It works, but the screen seems to go off sometimes and that may just be an issue with the Switch 2. Haven’t tried with a phone or tablet compare

Bough 3 of these to use with AR glasses for CAD/CAM modeling for work. The units work initially but one failed in the first month followed by the second a month later the 3rd i haven't used yet. the fault starts by randomly loosing connection then stops working, the same on both failied units. The body of the adpater always runs hot even when not connected to a power supply or a monitor. The adaptors have been connected to my desktop and not had any strain or abuse and have been fed from a good quality PSU. Very poor please look elsewhere.

I bought a portable screen to use with my laptop. But my laptop only has HDMI video output, so I need a HDMI to USB-C adapter. I have tried several adapters and none of them worked. I saw this adapter on a YouTube channel and felt I had to try it. My recommendation is that if you already bought a Lenovo L15 Display, you should use this adapter. If you were still looking for a portable display DO NOT buy a Lenovo L15 if your PC does not have USB-C video output.

Does 120hz@1080P with my vitures connected to my pcs 4090, awesome for bed gaming sesh!

Works with limitations - no 4k, no audio, no USB hub - only 720P video (if you're okay with that). Connect HDMI in to PS4 and use a standard USB-C data Cable (NOT THUNDERBOLT) and you will get 720P video support on the LG Ultrafine monitor (plug the USB-C into to the "Thunderbolt" input on the Ultrafine). Use Bluetooth audio or connect wired headphones to the controller for audio. Great for a desk setup and if you're not the type to count pixels like me. Hope this helps!

Awesome HDMI to USB-C converter. This one works perfectly. I used it to plug a Chromecast to USB monitor, justed a added HDMI 2.0 Extender Coupler Female to Female and bingo!!
