I really like Dubai chocolate, but I'm also super particular about it. What became trendy here isn't necessarily what you would get before it became trendy. And finding the right pistachio cream has become super complicated now that everyone is creating a knock-off. This one is the one I return to every time. First off, this is 35% pistachio, which means the texture is slightly different than the ones with less pistachio but more filler to create a smoother texture. This is so delicious too. I make pistachio puff pastries with it too, and gosh, it's just too delicious. You can genuinely use it for a whole variety of recipes and desserts. The color is vibrant and does it without a bunch of fake colorings. Even the packaging is superior, with a nice sturdy tub that holds all this deliciousness safe in the fridge between bar making sessions. And what about the final product? Well, I use a mixture of dark chocolates and a kadayif that really holds up, so the end product bars are so good that I will definitely gain weight if I don't exercise some serious self-control. Highly recommended.

It taste good, taste like real pistachio, it has pistachio crumble. It is sweet but not too sweet like other pistachio creams I have bought. I would recommend it Yes!

Ok I order other brands because reviews scared me but to anyone that bought a good quality peanut butter knows u gotta stir it before anything else once u do that it’s a beautiful creamy green miracle not like others I got that was brown chunky or grainy how I make my dubia bar I use half pistachios cream and half pistachios butter i normally got to alter to make it taste good this cream is so good I probably don’t have to mix anything else in it but if u want to tone the sweetness down add some pistachios butter I have been through at least 10-12 different brands and this is 10 miles before first place even packaging is the best I have these people no what they are doing it is a lil sweet but I like it like that if u don’t these easy ways to fix it which does not include getting a different brand this green shade is the best by far texture is best by far I can’t praise this product enough if u want the perfect dubia 3/4 this cream( this product )1/4 pistachios butter 100% pistachios that is u can thank me later I been making dubia candy bars since they came to the states trust me when I say this is a YES product

SOooooooo delicious. Sometimes they are sold out when I need it, so I order two, and quite often. Always of the highest quality and flavor. Just so good. Shipping is pretty quick. Will not use any other pistachio cream, paste, or butter. This is the ONE. And though it is pricey, it is much cheaper than making my own pistachio butter.

Quality control needs to investigate their products. There were a lot of pistachio shells in the pistachio butter. Very disappointing. I’m a bakery owner and needed to through away the entire container to prevent harm to my customers.

I just received the Sicilian Pistachio cream today. Opened it up and the container was a little more than halfway filled. It’s supposed to be 2.2 lbs of Pistachio cream. I weighed it in the container, without the lid, and it was 2.36 lbs. That means the bucket would weigh about 1.6 ounces. I will have to weigh the bucket when the cream is gone but, I don’t believe it only weighs 1.6 ounces. I also weighed it in grams. It was 1009 grams. As for the taste, it’s ok. It Tastes like sweetened pistachio, but there is a plastic aftertaste, probably from being in the bucket. I thought the cream was going to be smooth, which is why I bought it, but there are pieces of nuts in it. I don’t believe this product is worth the price. I would not recommend it and I won’t buy it again.
