Have seen my cholesterol numbers go down after using for 3 months. Take close to bed time and I really feel that my sleep has improved. Capsules are slightly large but, tasteless and easy enough to swallow. Haven’t had any negative side effects. Cheaper than comparable products.

Finally, I can write this review. I am extremely happy with the results. At the end of February, I began taking two of these a day. I had mild stomach issues within about a week so I dropped it to one a day. I’ve taken one per day for the last five months. I’m excited to say bloodwork yesterday showed my LDL dropped 29 points and my total cholesterol dropped 35 points. I have tried to eat more greens and I eat less meat. In February 2026, my LDL was 176. Yesterday it was 147 In February 2026 my total cholesterol was 260; yesterday it was 225. At one pill a day, side effects? None. The capsule is a little large for me but able to be swallowed and then I recommend that you drink at least 4 ounces of water if not more so that it goes down and digests in your stomach. I do not notice any difference with energy. I have lost weight but not because of this pill. My Gastro doctor switched an acid reflux medication and that has caused some weight loss. Highly recommend this - what a way to lower LDL and total cholesterol without having to take a statin or a prescription!

Easy to take capsules. Good value. No aftertaste or side effects. Research indicates taking it 2x per day will increase good cholesterol and lower bad LDL cholesterol. Takes 3-6 months to truly get improvements but I saw some improvement in my blood results after 8 weeks. Sticking with it.

My cholesterol numbers lowered in every category except good HDL went up. Dr said whatever you're doing keep it up. I had to go back and input each of my newer supplements in last 6 months to Google asking if it could lower cholesterol. When I got to this one it said yes it lowers cholesterol and increases good HDL. I'm still surprised but am thrilled.

So far I’m taking to it well. Hope my next labs show good results to lower numbers

The brand i was using kept inching their prices up so I switched. Ended up getting more for less.
