Can be a life saver.
I usually buy this item or the other flavored ones when I get a sore throat. Good value for money since they alleviate pain if you can't take a day off work, and you need to speak a lot. Taste is so so. Very easy to use, just spray it into the back of your throat.

Sure it's weaker now
I used to love this stuff but I'm sure it's weaker now I sprayed tons of this and barely felt the numb. 3 squirt used to be great
